I called in my order, went to pick it up 20mins later, it wasnt ready. When the young man began to cook MY food, he Spit right beside the grill and picked up my noodles without washing his hands, My stomach turned, I politely asked for a refund and him and the young lady argued about giving me the refund, I waited, and waited, then they decided to give the money and ordered me not to come back, and trust me, I will not.

Never order from this place I ordered a homemade sweet tea. It was filled with mold around the cup when I finally finished the drink. Disgusting!!! I called the place back they keep hanging up on me. The lady is arguing with me that they didnt deliver it to me. She keeps saying she doesnt care dont come back. I think Im going to call the health inspector and sue these people they have no care for anyones health.

China Ocean is the only option for Chinese delivery in Old Town, otherwise they would be out of business. The food is one level below mall Chinese. The staff is extremely rude on the phone, and your order never arrives with everything you have paid for. Youre money is better spent driving through the tunnel to Ghent.

Overall the best fast food Chinese food place in this Portsmouth area. Most dishes are consistently good, a few arent my cup of tea. Yes, sometimes the staff can be a little rude or mix up your order, obviously they tend to stay busy. Dont expect gourmet cuisine, but for what it is it is usually well worth it.

My bourbon chicken looked like canned dog food. The food made my husband and I sick. The staff were rude and refused to let us order certain menu items. For example the offer meats by themselves, and vegetables by themselves. For some reason my husband wasnt allowed to order vegetables after he ordered a meat?

THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. One if the employees not only snatched my food off the counter when I told her my order was wrong, she tried to come from behind the counter and fight me... Food is good and all but If im spending my money I expect good customer service. THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!!

Its the only place we like to order from in Portsmouth! They have the best crab Rangoon and pork fried rice. Prices are great but the food is even better. I highly recommend them. If youre like me you like to read reviews before eating some where. Totally worth it.

Whoever answered the phone was by far one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to in my life. She sounded so annoyed that I even called. If you dont like talking to people or taking orders over the phone, dont work in the food service business.

Have lived in the area for 3 years and always have gotten good food from them. Sweet and sour chicken is good. So is the General Tso. Seriously best Chinese food in the area. Very similar to Number 1 in Western Branch
