We had two less than stellar visits. Our first visit was for the milk shake deal. At 8 pm they were out of ice cream. Understood. Shipment could have been delayed. But we returned two weeks later and tried again. Placed our order. Lady never repeated final order back to us but we werent sure if there was an issue. 15 minutes went by. No milkshake. So we used the call button to inquire about the order. They had no order. We placed our order again. Arrived in the next 5 min. We asked about a straw for the milkshake. No straw. Had to go back and get the straw. Was a long visit for a little order. We can make our own at home in less time. Tried but this just wasnt the place for us.

Every time we come here they always screw something up. This time I ordered a Chicken Club Toaster (comes with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cheese) with NO lettuce and tomato. They just gave me a piece of chicken on toast. No bacon. No cheese. There wasnt even any ketchup in the bag!! How am I supposed to eat my chicken club toaster with out any ketchup! I did tho. I somehow was able to scarf down the dry chicken on some bland ass toast. Anyways, Ill probs still come back cuz I like those slushes and hot dogs.

Placed order went to drive forward to pay and get order. Customer thought he was to good to wait in line. Cut me off and got in front of me. Cashier took his order. I guess you dont have to wait in line like everyone else. Didnt give nappkins. Last time I go to sonic. Ill go to Dairy Queen next time. Its worth the money. Besides they have good customer service. Keyboard 5 employee number 13.

Normally slow and check you order accuracy. Almost always asked to pull around from drive through for delayed delivery of items. They do this to trick their service speed metric like the car was actually serves in "x" minutes when it was really a longer "y" minutes. Have been told a size drink is not available and then told size is available. Food is typical Sonic fair.

Corn Dog Day Special - Ordered 15 for a family dinner treat. I received 10 of the 15 not cooked all the way through, still dougy around the hot dog. Kids were served first, theyre kids, they didnt realize the corn dogs were undercooked, all 3 got tummy-aches and threw-up. Not A Great $.50 deal!

Food is either good or bad depending on the day. Unfortunately Ive had more bad than good experiences such as the overcooked onion rings small portion sizes an incorrect condiments. The staff has mostly been helpful and friendly however.

Food was a bit late but it was during lunch rush and it was brought out shortly to my car hot and fresh by a smiling girl that despite the rain brightened my day with a genuine apology for what was barely a wait keep up the great service

17 minute wait in the Drive-Thru with no cars in front of me and my order consisted of three sandwiches one hotdog and one 12 piece wings. That is unsatisfactory service due to a completely unsatisfactory wait time. Never again.
