Food - 0/10 Staff - 4/10 Cleanliness - 3/10 Customer Service - 1/10 The wife and I needed a quick meal, and we happened upon Wong Kwok. I had ordered the general tso meal, my wife garlic chicken. Both meals were were nearly flavorless, and tasted undercooked. I had only taken one bite of my chicken and realized it didnt taste right, my wife came to a similar realization. Having taken 4 bites total from both meals(if not less), I drove back to the store and politely asked for a refund because the meal was flavorless/undercooked, and I was feeling ill. The asian lady behind the counter proceded to tell me she wouldnt refund me because no one ever complains about there food. I again stated why I wanted my refund, to which she replied I wont refund you because we "wasted" the food(screw my gas, time, money, and health). After 15 minutes of back and forth arguning she finally agreed to give me a partial refund of $20 of my overall $37 meal, not ideal but frankly I wanted to leave. TL;DR = spent $30+ on falvorless, undercooked meal that made me sick. Staff refused to give me a refund and told me it must have been something wrong with me. Was told they would only give me $20 back because we waisted their food.

The used to be good but is not anymore andand the husband who is usually not there needs to stay home. He gets orders wrong and THE CUSTOMER SUCKS!!!! THEY DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ANYMORE!!!!! THATS IT IM DONE AND I WILL TELL EVER ONE I KNOW TO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR ESTABLISHMENT!!!! REALLY THEY DONT DESERVE THE ONE STAR I GAVE!!!!

Not that great. The fried rice was nothing special and was ultra greasy. Could see the liquid from the grease soaking up my entire dinner in the to-go container. On top of that, the delivery service took way too long. Had to wait about an hour for just two dinners.

I like the old mans singing. Very soothing as I consume food. Egg foo yong was good. Veggie lo mein was good. Stay away from chicken w/garlic sauce
