I couldnt imagine a more beautiful venue than The Inn at Willow Grove. In fact, I booked the venue sight unseen! I knew of a few people who were married there and the photos and layout of the venue were just what I envisioned for my wedding. When I first went to the venue to meet with Gabrielle, it was even more incredible than I had imagined! I cannot say enough positive things about Gabrielle. She is literally AMAZING! She was so incredibly responsive and has such a sweet personality. From all of the emails, in-person meetings, rehearsal and then the day of, she made me feel like my wedding was her absolute number one priority. She was so calm, caring and concerned with every little detail of my wedding. Any possible thing I wanted or needed she made happen. There is no possible way my wedding would have been what Id been dreaming about if it wasnt for Gabrielle. The rest of staff at the Inn is so accommodating and welcoming as well. My guests and I felt like royalty from the moment we arrived. Wednesday, the catering manager, was also so great to work with. From the rehearsal dinner, to the wedding, to the after party in the pub, The Inn at Willow Grove made my weekend absolutely perfect. My guests are still telling me how it was the best wedding they have ever attended! It was so nice to have friends and family stay on-site and for all of the weekend festivities to happen in one place. If you are looking for your wedding venue, look no further than The Inn at Willow Grove. You will not be disappointed!!

We booked here for an extended honeymoon stay a few months ago after reading all the good reviews on trip advisor. however our experience did not match up at all to what we expected. We stayed in a well decorated room in one of the cottages with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs living space. The decor was very nice and the bedroom was comfortable. We were a bit perturbed by how dusty the surfaces were and the front porch was in need of a good sweeping. All of this considered, we were having a good time and the grounds were a pleasure to walk through and explore. We soon realized that there is not much to do on the property and we left for downtown orange for the day. Upon arrival back at the Inn, we could not find any staff.. It was like the entire property was empty, on a weekend too! We finally saw another couple and asked them about dinner and the area. They actually warned us not to eat at the restaurant on site… This obviously concerned us, so we drove over to Culpeper for dinner. Dinner was good, we ate at Fodis but the shops close early and the drive was longer than we expected. The rest of the days went without incident and we were glad that this was just the first stop on our travels along the east coast. Overall we would not recommend the Inn at willow grove, there were plenty of better inns that we experienced as we made our way through Virginia and North Carolina.

Surely the property and room we stayed in could be considered 5 Star, however the food and service is Motel 6, no offense to Motel 6. We stayed at one of the more expensive accommodations that included a butler. To start the stay off on a good note he didnt even offer to help us bring our bags in from the car. When asked if there was an iron and board he said there should be one in the closet of the bedroom, a small thing, yet shouldnt a butler offer to walk into the bedroom to double check the iron was there, bring it out, or even iron something for us? Isnt that what butlers do? Trays from food the prior evening were left until the next day, even after the room was cleaned. When the butler delivered a cork screw I asked if if he could remove them and he departed stating he would send someone for them, couldnt he just as easily taken the tray with him when he left? In terms of appearance his paints were old, faded and soiled, yuck. So far things really werent that bad, the big gripe we had is with the food. Both dinners we ate were not 5 Star for sure. All the beef was overcooked, no medium let alone medium rare. The salads were warm, wilted and soaked with dressing. Sadly, we ate at McDonalds twice, I couldnt guess the last time I ate at McDonalds, maybe 15 years ago.

Recently my wife and I visited the Inn at Willow Grove and were enthralled with the Inn. From the first moment we stepped on the property we were treated with such hospitality by Michele Sigler the Guest Services Manager. She was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Both of our butlers, Philip and Craig, were most accommodating and friendly. Everyone who works there made us feel that they were so glad we were staying with them. The grounds of the Inn are beautifully maintained and it feels so heavenly to walk throughout the property. Our cottage, the Butler Cottage, was absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. We decided to dine at the Inn and found the food to be scrumptious. The chef is so creative and prepared very interesting dishes, such as a tappas menu our first night and then a special chicken dish for our second dinner there. It was our first visit to the Inn at Willow Grove, but it certainly will not be our last. We cant wait to visit again!!! .

One of the best restaurants that we have ever been to. We have been here several times. My family and I are vegan and we let them know that when we call in for the reservation and they are always very accommodating. The chef is amazing! He comes up with the most amazing vegan dishes we have ever had at a restaurant. Its never just some kind of salad or vegetable plate. He always ask us if we want something in particular or if he can take liberty and whip up something for us. We always tell him to take liberty and he doesnt disappoint. Hes told us that his wife is vegan so he has practice coming up with vegan dishes. They are always very willing to accommodating and make us feel welcomed. Weve also been there with non-vegan friends and they also loved the food. In my opinion this is not doubt a 5 star restaurant!

My girlfriend and I met two friends for brunch, wanting to try something new. The Inn was a wonderful choice for the food. Excellent drinks and food, no complaints. The only issue is they note that they are very focused on providing service for those with food allergies, and this seemed to be the complete opposite case. Our reservations had a note that my girlfriend has celiacs disease, they said thats fine. When we were seated they asked if we had any food allergies, again, noted the inability for her to have wheat. Ordered food, eggs Benedict, instead of the bread, please just serve it without, of course we will. Food comes out on a big tasty English muffin.....

This hidden gem is amazing! Surroundings are decorated meticulously in every aspect from the local and European soaps to the beautiful art throughout each room. The mattress feels as if you are sleeping on a mound of feathers. The doting staff balances not being pushy with an attentive speed to perfection. The turn down service with hot tea and sweet treats is greatly appreciated. Also, the morning french press coffee and hot beignets made in house are wonderful! They melt in your mouth! Just try not to eat the whole bag! Thank you Willow Grove and 94.7 for such an amazing and luxurious treat!
