i use to eat at panera bread for lunch everyday but since they got a new GM it seems that panera and its food is trash , i love the old GM ashley she was so loving and made me feel like a was at home or i was a part of the panera family . she always greeted me when me and my friends came in for our daily lunch . when she was there it was like a warm feeling she brought . but now i just dislike panera i order a bacon turkey bravo and it had a bug in it , how ,i dont know . im not saying that the new GM is bad but he isnt ashley . its like the new GM dont have control NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO , of the people that sever the food there LOUD , one day i waited 20 mintues for my food because my buzzer didnt go off . now thats sad . if ashley was there im pretty sure that wouldnt happen . the drvie thru is slow ive never had to wait for a cookies and a drink for 15 minutes yall drive thru was so fast once upon a time in and out under 1 mintues now it stink i love all the old associates the girl with the red hair is the only one i see what happen the that teniishia girl or that karla girl or the guy i think his name was trusten i love them they was so nice they made sure that i got in and out and it if did take a few minute thay made sure that when i got to the window my Order Was Right and apologize for that wait if they left i probable would have to being that panera isnt the same i never thought that i would be saying this but panera is horrible, wasteful i dont WONT BE Referring PANERA to ANYONE until you get ASHLEY BACK AND THE OLD ASSOCIATES and JEN I LOVE HER TOO.

The last couple times I have gone its been poor service. This very last time (Sunday) I went in and there were four employees up front carrying on personal conversations and they ignored us standing there....then when i walk up to order she acted as if she didnt even want to be there. The food was terrible and they had ran out of everything....it was pretty sad. I dont know what is going on with this location lately but Id rather drive to Charlottesville or Warrenton where I know I get good service and that my food will be prepared correctly. Seriously Culpeper...get your crap together. if you dont want to work there...find a new job, dont make the customers suffer.

I have been to this Panera at least 10 times in the last few months, and have not had a single issue. Most of the time I order a cafe mocha and Cobb Salad, picking it up through the drive thru, and its perfect. One time I bought coffee, bagels and pastries for my team there -- spent about $75 bucks or so -- and it was excellent. I ordered the food online and asked it to be ready by 7:30AM, even asked them to have it ready for drive-thru pickup, and they handled the order without a flaw. I will continue to come visit this Panera when in Culpeper.

For the third time in a year, the pager they issued me failed to signal my food was ready. I dont know if the pager was defective or the server failed to use it. Either way my soup was no longer hot. Also three other times the soda dispenser stuck and continued running. The employee that I notified said not to worry "it happens all the time." I can not recommend the Culpeper Panera location and will not be going there again

Every single time I come here for the last 3 months. I always try to get the sweet tea but have to pour it out because it tastes like its rotten sugar. I know its not my taste buds cuz I go to other Panera Breads and their sweet tea taste just fine and excellent like it should. And this Panera Bread has even gotten the new machines so I dont understand are they just not cleaning it right? I dont know but its gross

The food is your average panera food. If you order something in the drive thru, the portions are considerably smaller than if you eat it in the restaurant. The convenience factor of there being a drive thru is great but the downside of less food for the same amount of money if you go through the drive thru is not great.

Make sure you ALWAYS check your order if you do Rapid Pickup. I cant tell you how many times Ive order online and theres always some thing missing from the order. Very annoying. UPDATE: I ordered a salad not too long ago after placing this review and they gave me like a tablespoon of dressing for my salad. Really?

Ive eaten at multiple Paneras. With this one, I think my main concern is that I recall receiving "clean" silverware with food particles on it twice now, in the few times Ive eaten in. The food seems mostly ok, though, and is probably healthier on average than at many other local restaurants.

Ive been to better Paneras. The chasier was the best part of my experience here. I was giving the wrong sandwich and my latte was watery even though I had them remake it twice.

Out of avocado and soup bread bowls , lids for soft drinks the soup was cold, the staff was very unresponsive. keep on driving dont waste your time .
