I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I have NEVER experienced such awful customer service-- as another reviewer mentioned, this one start is for the super sweet delivery guy. I feel sorry for him having to deal with the assholes that run this restaurant. Those 5 star reviews must be from people who work there. We ordered our food at 8:10 pm. The man who took my order asked my name, and address, then hung up without giving me any information about my order-- no total, estimated time of arrival, nothing. He hung up on me before I could say anything else. Thankfully, he didnt ask for my payment information. About 50 minutes passed by before we started to call to see where our order was. I called one number over 10 times, while my sister called the other number repeatedly-- No one ever answered. Over an hour later, I decided to run to get some fast food. I pulled up to my house at 9:31 - AN HOUR AND 21 MINUTES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER- right as the delivery guy was leaving our house. My sister said the guy was very sweet, he was very apologetic, and it seemed as though he was used to delivering food to angry customers. He also said that they make them deliver all the way to CHESAPEAKE, and dont sufficiently compensate them for gas-- and I can only imagine they dont get tipped well with such awful customer service. My sister talked with the nice guy for a minute, and ended up giving him some gas money. You would think that was bad enough, but it gets worse. I was so livid when I got home with our food that I decided to call them back. To my surprise, someone actually answered (the same guy who took my order). I asked him politely if I could speak to a manager. He told me "she" was not there, and asked me what the problem was. I explained everything to him, and he just told me he didnt see the problem since I "cancelled my order". I told him I didnt cancel my order because no one answered the phones. When I could tell I wasnt getting anywhere with him, and he wouldnt tell me when the owner would be in, I told him to "Nevermind, I will call back tomorrow to talk to the owner". He started to get even more annoyed at that point. He told me she wouldnt be there tomorrow when I call, but also wouldnt tell me when she would be in. At this point he started YELLING at me over the phone, and got extremely angry when I told him I would find a way to get in contact with the owner, and that I wouldnt be letting this go. He continued to yell, and was not letting me speak at all, so I hung up. I will be calling tomorrow, and will update my review after I get in contact with the owner. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE! According to the reviews from people who were able to actually try their food, I wouldnt eat there either. My sister and I will also be reporting them to the BBC of Virginia.

So I called at 7:00pm and placed my order, he told me the total and hung up. 730 I call to make sure the driver isnt lost and he says the driver is on the way and hangs up. I call at 745 and ask whats going on since I only live 5 mins away and he says I told you it would be 35 mins, which he never did and since I called at 7pm anyway you are still late. I live 5 mins away so why would I wait 45 mins when I could have called it in and picked it up. Then he argues with me and tell me to just wait and hangs up again. So I put my daughters jacket and shoes on and the driver calls and says shes outside which the time is now 7:55pm. So Im like whatever I will just eat it. She acts like she doesnt want to get out the car and I wait at the door like you must be kidding. She finally brings it up and I sign for it. Open it up and the food was so dry and no taste at all. I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I ordered because I would have dodged this bullet. I would have rather drove to JANAF and gone to golden wok by the dentist place.... I will never eat here again and you shouldnt either... Trust.

This is the second time I order there and I ordered the second time because I had forgotten my bad experience the first time. I ordered their pepper chicken combination with upgrade to house special fried rice to a total of 13.20............... and it was horrible!!!!!! Rice has no taste, onions were completely raw, chicken was super bland and gross, egg roll was cold and had no taste either. Took a couple of bites and threw it away! I called after 40 minutes to check on the order and the guy said they would be here any second. I said "are you sure?" because it was raining and cold outside and he replied "yes". 15 minutes go by, and helloooo my work is less than 5 minutes away, he said the lady had gone to the wrong place and he was going to send her my way. From were she "was" to my work was 2 minutes and it took her another 15. Do not waste your money or time! Learned my lesson

I ordered online, and after 45 minutes I called to check on the status of the order. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold for quite awhile, and when he got back on the phone all he said was, "It will be there any second," and he hung up on me. As if I was an inconvenience. I told my boyfriend it better be soup nazi good, with that kind of customer service. EW! I am not a picky eater. I love food and cannot remember eating something I didnt like. This was the grossest food I ever put to my mouth. The chicken was slimy and bland and I could not tell if it was just not cooked, or came from a can. I fed that crap to my dogs. What a waste of money. Such a shame, since I live right around the corner. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Took them 1.5 hours to deliver..called after an Hour he said "be right there" when we finally got the "food" it was disgustingly inedible and truly something nightmares are made of! ....this place needs to be put out of business. I image they have an illegal gambling ring in the back, and the Chinese food place is just a front. They are skinning cats and pouring canned soup from 1980 into Tupperware and calling it food. Then when one of the bookies gets a free moment he runs to youre house to drop that trash off. SHAME ON YOU CHINATOWN! The only thing you can expect to get from this place is a disease, and bowl full of sadness.

Tonight my boyfriend ordered my food and I was on the phone with him when he ordered keep in mind! I heard him say white rice 3 times!! So I get my food and its fried rice and I find hair in my gravey!! I know stuff happens so I just called them to help them and let them know what happened and Instead of the man helping me... He decided to fuss me out for there mistakes..... How in the world is that possible???!!! So unprofessional and I go to this restaurant all the time!! Not anymore... Guess Ill just have to drive that extra mile now to go to the next available one!!
