I received a menu on my door and decided to give them a try... Well as soon as they answer and I give them my address they immediately say we dont deliver there... Should have just hung up then. I put my order in super simple just sweet and sour chicken. Im told it will be an hour Im like alright I suppose its a Friday night. An hour in a half later I call to see where my food is they answer saying its on the way and hung up. Food was mediocre the sauce was water. I have actually never left a review before but this place is terrible.

I understand wanting Chinese food really bad, but just disregard the other comments and please dont order from this place. You will save your self a lot of frustration and anger. They hung up on us two times and were extremely rude. The Food was a hour and a half late. Would not discount the order at all, and offered a two liter because it was late. On a $70+ order. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. I refused the order and am Now I am calling my bank to ensure they do not get my money that they do not deserve.

Hole in the wall gem! Ive tried 3 other Chinese food places in Norfolk including the 2 in the Ocean View shopping center area...this one takes the cake! Best dumplings, lo mein, sweet & sour chicken Ive had since I moved to Norfolk (recommend the bourbon chicken too). Weve been looking for a good Chinese food place here in town and we finally found it. Unfortunately theres no menu online, hopefully they can get one up sometime soon. Other than that, the 5 stars is well deserved!

They went around neighborhoods passing out their menus so I decided to give it a try. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice, I asked for no onions in the rice. When I got the chicken, it was really dark, almost burnt and it tasted so salty, like they dipped it in a batch of salt and there were onions in my rice. I would not recommend this place.

Waited over an hour for delivery, called the lady answered the phone with "Its on way, its on way, its on way" then hung up on me. Called back and wanted to speak to manager she lies that the manger is making deliveries, including to me. Do yourself a favor eat at a place without a rude lying staff.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THERE MENU CLEARLY STATES THEY OPEN AT 12NOON ON FRIDAYS WELL HERE IT ITS 1:47PM & STILL NO ANSWER THAT IS SO TACKY . NEVER AGAIN. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

We ordered last night and it was SO good. Seafood delight, baby shrimp with cashew nuts, and wonton soup. They delivered and were here 15 minutes earlier than we expected which was a nice surprise also.

Orange chicken was over cooked and hard. "Cheese wontons" had no cheese in them and the sweet and sour sauce was like water. Will never order from here again.
