You will not get service at this location if you are white. I asked the man checking the roasted chicken how much longer until it would be ready. He said he didnt know. I asked if I should wait. He said to wait if I wanted. I waited a couple minutes and asked how much longer might it be. He said he had no idea. This is after 10 minutes of him taking temperatures of the chickens and he couldnt even make an estimate? I bought Turbotax and was told to go wait in line at customer service to pick it up. I asked the clerk to call someone to come get it for me. She refused. I asked the lady at the mini service desk to go get it. She said she couldnt and for me to wait in line at the customer service desk. There were 7 people in line waiting for 1 clerk and it was taking 10 minutes for each person. The guy who does nothing but stand at the front door came to the mini service desk to make a phone call. When he was done I asked him to get the Turbotax for me. He didnt even acknowledge my presence and walked away without saying a word. I asked the lady at the mini desk again to get it or call someone to get it. She had been standing around for quite some time doing absolutely nothing but staring into space. She refused to do either. So I went and stood in line for a while. Finally somebody came from the back and offered to get it for me. Took all of 3 seconds. She said the lady standing around doing nothing could have gotten it for me. Or one of the clerks could have called for assistance. Note that this was a weekday evening and the store was practically empty except for the line at customer service. Every worker in this store was black. I am white. You will not get service there if you are white. Evidently they have been trained not to provide service and to be rude to anyone who is white.

I have been a member of BJS for 3 years now and the annual membership fee is money well spent. Unlike other wholesale clubs in the area, I never have to worry about them running out of a product that is listed in their coupon book less than a week after the sale begins. They maintain the stock throughout the entire sale period. Additionally, I appreciate the opportunity to purchase some of my groceries in club size like cereal, canned vegetables and toothpaste, while I can purchase my produce and meat in much smaller quantities. Also, it is extremely unusual for them to discontinue selling a product that I have become used to buying from them, unlike other wholesale clubs. But, the most important reasons why I am a loyal BJS Wholesale Club customer are their convenient business hours, including most holidays, and their staff who are always very helpful and friendly and are always going the extra mile to exceed this customer/members expectations. I highly recommend BJS Wholesale Club to anyone looking to save money by buying grocery/household items in bulk.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a wholesale club yet. I hold a business membership for this location, and every single time I attempt to buy merchandise tax-free (which is the whole point of having a business membership), I get either none or below 1/4 of my merchandise tax exempt. Most recently, the cashier decided to run around the store to make sure that I could buy items for resale from a WHOLESALE club; when asked about why she was running around the store, she responds, "No reason." JUST KNOW, I spent around 90 minutes shopping around and left the WHOLESALE CLUB empty-handed because of the audacity of the employees to tax items I asked to be tax exempt and then question me about whether or not I was "actually going to sell these items."

I loved this place they let you try it before you commit too a membership most prices are the same as Sams club but they have some different things also you can pay at gas pump with cash and gas prices are lower being I travel a hour and 20 minutes too visit the store the only down side is the customer service in the deli area is unclear I had too speak up but other then that I look forward too going back I was amazed on what I bought it looked like $400 of stuff n it was only $170 I was dumbstruck seriously if your on a budget give them a try you have nothing too loose

Decent selection and I like the produce. But certainly go here if you like cashiers to crush your produce with your charcoal because they have pissy attitude when the plastic breaks on the bags. If you like to deal with the attitudes of ignorant cashiers make your trip today! You wont be disappointed.

Ive been shopping here for 7 years. I love the store. Lots of organic options. Store is always clean and easy to shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of coupons and great value.
