I hope they dont delete this because they usually delete the negative feedbacks. Here I am with 6 other customers waiting in a customer service line for more than 30 mns while managers and supervisors are going back and forth looking at us is the eyes like it was not their job to come and help that poor lady on her own. Good customer service is that when you have a line of 2 people or more, someone needs to step up and help. Proactively everyone should be trained to do everyones job if need be. When I finally get pissed and call for manager to relieve the situation, I was clearly unhappy. The manager or supervisor s job supposed to be to insured that customers are satisfied, serviced in a timely manner while employees dont feel worked up especially when dealing with other peoples money. Instead of offering an apology and procede to make sure that We are serviced, he left us to go call security. Who does that? Everything is at the image of this country. Making America great again backwards...The competition is right across the street....Thank you for the experience...

If you have Diabetes, Celiacs and High Cholesterol dietary issues in your family...then waste no more time driving all over the place to find the groceries you need...I know where you can do one stop shopping! Billy has done an excellent job of providing his shoppers a wide variety of groceries to accommodate all the needs of special dietary issues, and his passion for quality customer service is second to none. My Grandfather was a grocery manager for decades, and I have yet to meet anyone with the same high standards that he carried through out his years with his store, until I met Billy! Farm Fresh has made some great strides, but the very best decision they have made thus far, is having such a great manager in the Wards Corner store....KUDOS to Billy!

Im on my way to the store now, but I wanted to comment because based on the 1st review I was expecting a tough phone call. They picked up super-quick, and were really helpful & friendly! Pleasant surprise. Will edit my review if the store experience doesnt match up. UPDATE: just got back from the store . . . when I got there, they were almost out of what I needed, so I asked the produce man if they had any more and he said, "Are you the one who called?" I said yes, and he said, "I didnt want to put them out in case they all got taken . . . let me go in back and get them for you." It was AWESOME. Raised my 4-star rating to 5.

Will never ever go to farm fresh on 230 east little creek road that store cashier seth charged me for chicken that i didnt have i spoke with a store manager the same day about being charged for something i didnt have she said bring receipt and you will get refund the next day i went to the store esther made it seem like i was lying not professional at all worst customer service ever !!!!! This store charged me for shi# i shouldnt have the deli didnt have big bags how does the store function without essentials ive been going to that store for over a decade never again !!!

A grocery store thats been on Wards Corner for a long time, and still has decent fresh food options. Has a small starbucks inside, which is a bonus, though now it must compete with the Starbucks across the street and a brand new Harris Teeter. Prices here are always good. Carries a variety of pet foods as well - even the raw/frozen kind, as well as frosty paws (treat) though the freezer is small, its great that its easy to get to.

Its a well stocked store with good variety. But their prices are higher than the Kroger across the street. Their customer service is really great-- Ive returned groceries I didnt use, once I got something from the bulk granola/ dried fruit area and once I got home realized it was stale- they returned that for me, too. VERY helpful staff will come ask if youre finding everything.

If youre in the Wards Corner area of Norfolk youll have a hard time finding a better grocery store. They dont have the ridiculous variety of a Walmart or the over the top selection that a Trader Joes might have, but I can buy all my groceries/pet food/charcoal and be checked out within 30 minutes regardless of the time of day.

We ordered online for pick up. They didnt have our order ready when we got there... then didnt send home half of the items on our order (didnt charge us for them, but still very inconvenient). Also, ordered a 4 pack of Greek yogurt and they sent a single Greek yogurt, but charged us for the 4. Hate this store.

I was there last night just before 8:00 p.m. It was the fourth time at this location when Ive had to leave the items to be restocked because of bungling management that evidently believes that two cashiers with 5 and 6 customers in line is an acceptable way to do business.

This used to be my favorite grocery store, but recently they have rearranged the store and I feel like they got rid of a bunch of high in products and replaced them with cheap knock offs. There are also never any shopping carts, they have half as many as they used to.

This is a decent Farm Fresh. Their floral department is superior to others in the area, and I have and will rely on them for great arrangements. They carry daiya cheese, which is hard to find but a necessity for my son who is allergic to milk.

Customers service is not the best. I was in there around 1:30 pm. But young ladys at the customer service was not friendly at all. They at like they where doing me a favor by waiting on me. And I was the one who was spending my mone.

Produce area is Awesome. Staff is exceptionally friendly. Clean restroom and store. This is my favorite grocery store due to the staff alone and sales are ALWAYS the best. I prefer over Walmart anyway for groceries.

They hired new cashiers who refused to sell me and my girlfriend alcohol. The cashier was rude telling us they dont sale after 11:45 which is not true considering weve bought alcohol after that at this location.

I do most of my grocery shopping here every week. Senior discount (5%) Tuesdays and Thursdays; military discount too. The produce is generally good, meats great. Great staff, friendly cashiers.

Great place to get organic food. Friendly staff that is helpful. Food prices are considerably higher than at walmart, food lion, etc. If you want healthy organic food come here for it!
