Today was the worst experience ever... They were extremely packed and the store only had 3 workers... Was asked what I wanted I told the young man and I told him I wanted a waffle bowl with my order... He told me he wasnt making anymore because they was in a bind with customers...it was only 7:45pm... I told him that I would wait because it wouldnt take long he told me he wasnt gonna make any and it would take to long to warm up the oven to make them... Smh so I told him if I couldnt get the waffle cone I didnt want the Ice cream he let me and 4 of my friends leave... 4 paying loyal customers that comes there often just leave like that...is this how this establishment treat loyal customers? I will be taking to a manager tomorrow... Btw I did ask for a manager the guy said there was no manager and walked away...smh poor poor service

I was extremely displeased with the customer service displayed by the young man working tonight at the store. I was there about 10:30pm and I felt he was rude and abrupt. I gave him my order and he was still asking, did I want anything else, I am old enough to give a precise order. The other person I was with was making her own order and then he questioned if I was paying for her order as if she wasnt old (44) enough to pay for her own order. If you were rushing me so you could clean up, too bad, I counted at least 12 other people come in after I left. A real bummer!

I see that there are great reviews so maybe I came on a bad day. I went in and was not welcomed at all and got in line and waited while the lady in front of me was being helped. A few girls came in and got behind me. I already knew what I wanted and as I waited to place my order the employee skips right over me and helps the girls behind me. I stood there for a few minutes to give him the benefit of the doubt but he never acknowledged me and continued to take their order. I got fed up so I left.

Young women working was rude and giving me dirty looks entire time I was there. Ice cream was pretty much melted for both of my orders and there was barely any toppings in my ice cream. I asked for heath bar and gummy bears and I got maybe 5 gummy bears in my Love It size ice cream. This cold stone used to be awesome but I havent been here for awhile. It has clearly gone down hill. I will NOT be coming back here. CUSTOMER SERVICE means nothing to these employees.

The highest quality ice cream and you get it your way. If im going out to eat I would rather spend 1 or 2 bucks more and have a quality product. The cakes are also amazing and you can get those your way also. There must be thousands of combinations with all the mix-ins they carry. Almost every birthday cake in my family and friends comes from this location. Thanks Cold Stone in Ghent. Your loyal customer..

They was making my ice like they was tired and ready to go I they left big chunks of b Butterfinger in my friends ice cream I ask them to put something wet Walnut in my ice cream they but the dry ones in there will not be going back

I will NEVER go to Cold Stone again. I ordered my sons 1st birthday cake on 9/6. I went to pick it up the day of his birthday party, 9/10, and they did NOT make it! The cake I was given in place looked horrible!

Dirty! Understocked! We were thinking only customers and the place was FILTHY! Everyone had to use the Mens Restroom because the Ladies Room was inoperable. Dont even think about going here!

Cold Stone is one of the few ice cream places in Norfolk but this one has poor management and the workers are not able to get you out the door in less than 10 minutes.
