The waitress that served us was so pleasant that our dining experience was made that much more enjoyable. It was not just us either... there was a table next to us that was trying our patience, but she was kind and always had a smile. The food was standard American Fare, and pretty good. The portions were huge! The decor of the restaurant was somewhat run down, and needed some sprucing up. Expect a Dennys style restaurant with larger helpings and more selections. We would return.

Food is delicious no matter what I choose to order. The cinnamon roll French toast is super tasty. Everything has that homemade quality taste you cant beat. I just gave lunch a try the other day. I ordered the half chicken sandwich and garden salad. It was plenty of food that filled me up for the day. My fiancé doesnt have a Perkins by him and insists on going here every time he is in town. Service is always top notch as well.

For the second time we have come here and we have been greeted at the door by a manager very rudly telling us they close at 10! The first time it was 9:45 and they refused to serve us a party of 4, tonight we got there at 9:30 were greeted by the manager tapping his watch telling us there was only time to eat! To add to it they were vacuuming around us while eating!! Very rude!!! Will not be returning here ever again!!!

The worst food I have ever eaten in a chain restaurant ordered sirloin tips and baked potato and sirloin was so over cooked it was dried up and the potato was not cooked at all. Only good thing about this was the waitress was just so nice I hated to complain. Will never go back plenty of places to eat when I visit Cortland

My family and I ate at Perkins in Cortland tonight and we had a good experience. The waitress was nice and helpful, the food was very good and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and we enjoyed our night out at Perkins. Well eat there again.

Baked goods are tasty we picked up a few different muffins and they were great for breakfast the next morning. Dinners were fairly average. Nothing to be impressed by.

The food took way to long to get to us anf when it did it was luke warm at best. The scrambled eggs were an omlet that just vot chopped up. The eggs were very dry.
