An excellent find. It is a little odd that only Friday and Saturday offer a traditional restaurant experience. Its part cafe, part restaurant. On the other days, food is brought to the table but not tablecloths and no coming to your table to refill drinks, etc. There is outside seating during warmer weather and takeout service. It looks like a great place to be once spring finally happens. But the weather is not the reason to come here. The food is genuinely good. The crab cake had only enough filler to keep it together and no more. The mashed potatoes were seasoned perfectly. Local cafes typically dont serve such fresh ingredients. And the owner catches a lot of his own fish!!! What made them stand out and why we will make the drive to return is the service Just so nice!!! Imagine visiting your best friends family for the first time. Thats how we were treated. The owner, staff and server could not have been nicer. We look forward to coming back again soon.

This was the most horrible breakfast that we have ever had . First we were greeted by a rude woman at the register who couldnt smile if her life depended on it , we shouldve walked then but thought wed give it a try . I ordered scrambled eggs which were not scrambled but folded over and raw ! The home fries were deep fried potato chips ! The scrapple was also deep fried and so thin it was like shoe leather ! My husband ordered eggs over medium and they were hard and dry . The coffee , which we picked light roast was so strong like it had been sitting for 2 days , no amount of cream and sugar improved it . If we didnt have to give it 1 star in the review , we wouldnt have ! Stay far away from this place !

Wonderful, charming and friendly restaurant, Whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is always amazing. I love the breakfast BLT. Its two fried eggs, BLT on a homemade croissant.... Yummy! The cherry pie is my weakness and also homemade. My lunch favorite is the rockfish wrap -- so so so good!! I get the fish grilled, but Im sure fried is even better. I have not had anything that I didnt enjoy. The coffee is always hot and fresh. They also have espresso machine, but I havent gotten a specialty drink yet. For dinner you can bring your own bottle of wine in to enjoy with your meal... cite concept since they dont sell alcohol. Go once and it will become your favorite spot.

Definitely a great little place. Everything on the menu is good. The Fri/Sat dinner service is also delicious (definitely bring your own bottle of wine). My favorite though, is the pie. Holy hell, its so good. If youre too busy at Thanksgiving to be bothered/youre gonna buy it anyway/going to buy the crappy packaged crust, definitely invest in it here. Amazing crust, delicious fillings. And they sell the ones that didnt go home at a discounted price in the days after Thanksgiving (buy one get one half off, I believe).

I saw all the reviews about the crab dip.... And I wanted to try something new.... This crab dip is amazing..... My food hasent even come out and we are about full.... So get the crab dip when you go here... Ill update this review once my meal comes out lol.... Giant lump crab cake was flawless.... Im stuffed.... Waitress we had was very attentive... Larger places could learn a thing or two from here....

The food is pretty good but they always seem to forget something with the order. For example, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and they didnt put chicken on it. I ordered french toast and they forgot to put syrup with the platter. They seem to forget some of the most important parts of the order. I wont be going back anymore because Im tired of paying for incomplete orders.

Well, thats one way to ruin seafood. The crab dip was loaded with way too much mayo. The crab cake sandwich was dry and darn near flavorless. To add insult to injury, unlike any other restaurant, you have to pay for these monstrosities before they even make it for you. That means the tip too. What restaurant does that? Oh thats right, a fast food joint.

I ordered a veggie omelette for breakfast which came with home fries and I wish I hadnt. The eggs were greasy and the veggies inside were even greasier. Even made the deep fried home fries seem not greasy in comparison. I thought the omelette was pretty pricey as well. The only reason for the 2 stars is because my husbands pancakes were good.

We like going to the cafe for breakfast, but now the new owners have changed so of the food products. The sausage was not very good, bacon had a lot of fat on it. The new sausage and bacon my be less expensive but not very good quality. Hopefully lunch and dinner food products will stay the same.

Nice small town cafe, good place to get breakfast or lunch before heading out on the bay. Recommend the scrapple and egg sandwich (a Mid-Atlantic staple). Scrapple was cooked perfectly with a nice crisp outside and no much inside.

I was told by an employee that, "They are still in the process of finalizing the place." I enjoy the food, some times you wait longer than need to get your food. Other than that, its a Great place.

Cute little road-side cafe. Great for the weary traveler, though not what I would consider a dining destination. Good food for a reasonable price, prompt service, and plenty of outdoor seating.

Fantastic crab dip when there is some available, so you better come early. Home made fries better than your mamas. Good food, friendly smile, and a nice atmosphere to sit and eat brunch.

Unique sort of operation. You order food at counter and then they give it to you or seat yourself and they bring it. Food was pretty good but Ill try something different next time.

Dinner is so reasonably priced- great rockfish and crab cakes. The appetizers are excellent too, rockfish bites, crab dip and ahi tuna. We are regulars!

Pretty good local sandwich shop. Im here once a week it seems to get lunch. Only complaint is the specials are all pretty much the same from week to week.
