I watched them drop food and still served it. So glad that I saw it cause it was my food. I asked for my money back because l payed while I waited. Some lady told me that there policy was replacement not refund. I laughed asked the kid why he picked my food up and put it in the container. He replied he was told to. I looked at the lady and told her my policy... I dont eat off the ground. Now I would like my money back. They never said that they were sorry and I never heard a word from them, even though they take ur number when you call to give order. I even called Dansville shop to tell them what happened. They said the manager with to busy to talk to me. True Story!!! Dont eat here unless u dont mind the food may have been on the floor. Thats there policy 3 second rule gross. Shame on them and leaning tower

The lady at ththe counter with blue eyeliner was possibly the rudest person we have come across in our entire trip here. She spoke down to my sister when she asked for a drink and didnt specify which drink she wanted and then was irritated asking who else wanted a drink. When asked if the pizza would be thin crust she responded "um no it comes regular" so we asked for it to be thin and she said "I mean Ill try but its a small" the other lady behind the counter was very nice and said it wouldnt be a problem. We havent even had our food yet but Ive already got an awful taste in my mouth.

Pizza was really good.... however, DOGS IN THE KITCHEN?? The manager on duty even went back there and petted the dog.. when our pizza came there was hair on the plate... we confronted the manager and her response was well the dogs werent up here! Half-eaten pizza with napkins all around it was in the kitchen on the counter... employees not wearing gloves.. cooked pizza just sitting on the counter... I mean I dont run a restaurant but I have worked in a few over the years, and my boss would have flipped if that was allowed

This place was horrible...pizza taste like boxed supermarket pizza..thier burger plates not only are smaller portion which is not a deal breaker but the hot sauce was just simply nasty for better word..We paid and just threw the food away after 2 bites..waste of time and money.. You know its bad when we went to CrapDonalds to get the bad taste out of our mouths.

Pizza was excellent. The wings were excellent. I even asked for them to cook my wings alittle longer then normal and they did. Excellent prices. Delivered to Country Inn hotel where I was staying. Very good experience and look forward to putting in my next order. Thank you. The wings are the best ! Keep up the good work. Thank you again !

Live in PA and went to NY for a weekend trip. Needed to grab a bite to eat on the way back and found this place. Customer service was decent. Normal wait and pricing for food. Had a group of 6 and everyone thought the food was good. All and all a nice place to grab a bite to eat.

Some of the best pizza out there. You cant beat mom and pop shops and this one has been doing it right for a long time. The sub sandwiches there are also very tasty. I recommend the philly steak. Definitely stop in when in the area you wont be disappointed!

So mad I called and asked to have a pizza delivered at 5:00 to a nursing home for every one I called two hours ahead I was waiting outside at 5 and nothing I called and they said 20 mins r u kidding me thats why I called in advance never again with this place

Local gem. Grab a pizza on your way to Letchworth. Try their secret "Granny Sauce" that has more robust Italian flavors. Try this: Thin Crust, Granny Sauce, Cheese/Pepperoni, well done. You will thank me

Small little pizzeria... normal fare. Crust for pizza was "meh" and sauce not much better. Decent size large pie at 17". Have had worse. They were definitely busy there though.
