This restaurant used to be something special; now its just something. Today was our fifth time dining at this establishment and will most likely be our last. My daughters food came quickly and was prepared good, although she wasnt keen on the biscuit that came with her breakfast. My wife and I had to wait slightly less than forever because they took my wifes order to a completely different table. This is the second time in a row that theyve done this. Ten minutes later we still dont have our food, which was too long considering the place was nearly empty. It wasnt until I had my coat on, ready to walk out of the place, that our food came - and they messed up our order. The manager promised to make amends by taking my wifes order off the check, but at this point they had already lost me. Again, the service is horrendously slow so if youre looking for a quick meal you might want to look elsewhere.

This place is horrible!! We had breakfast here before and were very disappointed, country gravy was oily and buscuits were hard and dry. Last night we decided to try the dinner, maybe it would be better, but no its disgusting. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and mac & cheese, the meatloaf looked like salisbury steak from a frozen container, the mac & cheese had no taste at all, and the mashed potatoes had a greasy taste to them. Later that night I woke up needing to vomit and I know it was the dinner I had. I would not suggest this place to anyone I know, in fact Ive been suggesting not to go there.

Food was good, but service was horrible! Waitress at Manassas location took it upon herself to give a tip when we specificly did not give one! The restaurant was dead and she barely came over to us, was not friendly at all, and yelled at her boss about how she wants to go home and wishes "they" would finish up already (it was 2pm!). We were there for maybe an hour, ordered got food, ate and left. The attitude of the staff will not have us coming back. Sad because I liked their 50s style.

Probably the worst food around. Was the cheese expired ? Our macaroni and cheese tasted sour , like vinegar and smelled. Hair in the turkey sandwich, sour mashed potatoes , a steak that was as tough as Gandhis flip-flop. And why do the put spirals of carrot on to of everything? I didnt want a pound of carrot spirals on my macaroni, on my potatoes,on my pasta..... seriously stop it. Im glad we didnt order anything else . Even with what bee ordered we spent $70

This place is more of a restaurant themed like a diner, rather than an actual diner, put thats par for the course for "diners" in this area. That being said, its still a nice place to eat. Ive enjoyed everything Ive ever ordered. Service is attentive but not annoying. Most of the time I go, the place is practically empty, but I often drive by and the parking lot is packed! So maybe I just hit it at the right time? Who knows, anyway, I recommend it.

Horrible delivery service. Was interested in placing an order and was rudely hung up after the lady on the phone had no clue what she was talking about. She said they were closed for delivery even though it said they were open for another hour and a half which she responded to saying it was Sunday but it was Saturday...? Hung up right after. Dont spend your money on rude employees and terrible service.

Dont order to go. Was passed several times while waiting to get my order taken. I got the Graceland, whick is breakfast. When it came out I was asked if I needed plastic utensils. Not sure why they even asked because they didnt have any. I watched a waitress walk around with my for for five minutes trying to find some to no avail. Got my food and left. The eggs were super rubbery and tasted weird.

Needs a new cook. Went with kids. Their hot dogs were good. My bbq burger came out raw. Sent it back. Came out rare. It was ordered medium. Ate about half of it (rare), and now with intestinal pain and the runs. Wait staff were great. The service aspects of Jukebox are great. Great decor. Good selection of music. Nice atmosphere. But the food leaves.something to be desired.

Everything was fine until we discovered a lot of ants in the syrup that sat on the table. We heard the phrase "I dont know what to say" from both the server and the manager. Not one of them offered us a new syrup container. The manager didnt even apologize. Never going there again, and Im making sure everyone I know hears about their terrible customer service.

Food was meh at best. Server didnt know what they were doing. They wrote down our order but had to come back several times to ask what we ordered. She was nice and ernst I think she may have been new in her defense. At other places I think she would of been shadowing someone before getting her own tables. Also how does a place serve room temp pie and coffee

They make it real right. Ive never had a bad experience there. Nothing but good things to say about this place. The waitress Katie was very helpful, courteous and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food at great prices with excellent service.

So fun!! Bring your kids! I took my mom, shes 81 yrs old and she had a blast! The service is great, the food generous and fresh! I had an old fashioned BLT on Rye, and I would have another and another any time! The decor alone is so fun, check out whats hanging over the bar!

First time here, the food was good, service could have been quicker, but not bad, would have liked to see the waitresses smile a little more especially the one that makes men happy Spandex was invented, ooh and everything was reasonably priced I will come back

Nothing was homemade. Everything was store bought. The food was lukewarm and then corn beef hash was out of the can. The chef had no idea what hes doing and their hash brown are awful. The only thing thats made from scratch in that place is the water.

Not a real diner like you find on every corner in New Jersey. Food was not good. Service needs improvement and the decor wasnt even "diner cute". It was tacky. The only novelty was the juke box. It was also loud with kids playing video games.

Nice clean restaurant with excellent variety. I especially love that they have non-pork breakfast options like turkey bacon, turkey sausage and gyro.meat. I had the gyro meat (lamb) with my breakfast and it was awesome!

We have visited here 3 times for breakfast and each time it has been great! It is very hard to find a breakfast place in Manassas - Gainesville - Haymarket area that isnt just ok. The service is excellent!!

Every time I have been the food has been good! Just the service is either great one day (attentive, quick) or slow (2hr from start to finish). If you go just make sure you have plenty of time.
