Food terrible. Two members in our party ordered burgers. Waitress did not ask how they wanted them cooked. Food came out in about 7 minutes. Burgers were small, formed and either out of a stem table or microwaved. Asked for water with lemon. What we got were glasses of water and packets of lemon juice. It was June and they still had Christmas decorations up. Only 2 other people in restaurant when we got there so employees were not busy. Someone put the Christmas tree away and take the decorations down. Will not go back. Do not recommend!!!!

Had dinner at the Railroad Junction on Easter, there was an Easter buffet, and the food was great, The menu included: Baked Ham, Baked Chicken, Stuffed Peppers, Fried Shrimp, Fried Chicken, Baked Fish, 6 different home made desserts, and all the usual side dishes & a drink for $12.99. The wait staff were very nice, This was my first visit, and I will surely be back, even though I live and hour away, it is worth the trip.

Service was good. Were out of chicken tenders. The steak my daughter ordered instead of the tenders was over cooked and charred and tasted bad. Hamburger to replace the steak was obviously microwaved. Nothing seemed home made at all for an establishment who only had one other table of customers on a Saturday evening at 5, they should have plenty of time to make some food from scratch.

Nice diner.. Great atmosphere. Good options and good food. Prices were on par with what youd expect.. Service was a bit slow,only 3 other groups in at the time and the wait was oddly long, with me having to ask for just about everything (napkins, drinks, check, menus, etc) Maybe just an off day?

Our server Candy was great. Nice railroad themed restaurant in the heart of rail activity in Hagerstown. Highly recommend the railroad burger. I mean, who can go wrong with thousand island on a burger?
