I never knew this restaurant exist, but after trying it out the first time made me very happy to know that at least this restaurant can provide good service and food. After searching around what i can spend my money on and being able to feel without any regret, i was happy to grab a bite from here. The staff is very nice and just to say even though i didnt like what i picked out at first. they were still nice enough to allow me to try something else. Unlike any other restaurant that i have gone to they didnt even bother to ask if i liked the food or not. I notice while i was eating , the manager there was looking at every customers making sure we all enjoy the food that he had put together for us . I wish there are more places like this.

My favorite fast casual Mexican. Unlike some other places, this restaurant is well managed. It shows in how clean it stays, the friendly staff, and how fast they deliver your order and the quality of all the ingredients (no wilted lettuce or cold meat). Like a lot of places they often come around to ask about your order, but their two managers and their staff are a lot more genuine and a lot less robotic than other places that do this. Plus you never get bored with the menu because there are 50 different hot sauces to change the taste as you want (try a sauce in the 9 category).

The restaurant was clean but place was empty. Found out why. Chicken was dry, my nachos were served in a cardboard box they were delicious, but they ended up sticking to the bottom. I brought it to their attention with some other issues I noticed. I hope they improve upon this. They really, really should be able to give chipotle a run for its money. That and I hope that their cookies and brownies get put in a case or something else than saran wrap. I hate when restaraunts do this they end up tasting like the plastic wrap. I really really love the restaraunt. I hope they improve.

Starting off, they were out of tea. When I told the lady behind the counter I got a blank stare and a finger pointed toward the cashier. When I got my food, the guacamole was mostly a hard chunk of avocado I couldnt cut with my plastic fork. And to top things off, my beans, rice, and chicken were barely warm at best. The tortillas were the only hot item on my plate. The flavor of the food was good, or I would have given this a single star. Too bad; this was my first visit to a California Tortilla and I really wanted to like it. I wont be back.

I had gone in and asked for taco beef nachos.. and when I got my food the beef was burnt and the chips were stale. And when I had let them know about there food,.. for what I payed for , to receive this in return!. It wasnt taken to consideration about my satisfaction, I was only given a " Im sorry about that", if i could give this place half a star I would. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

This place is horrible! I was served stale chips I got a super fat steak burrito that looked tasty. Not in the least bit tasty. The burrito had 5 pieces of meat and it was overly stuffed with lettuce and black beans. This isnt the first time I recieved bad food. The staff was rude aswell. I will not be coming back to this establishment

This is the first California Tortilla I have been to. It is a nice place to stop and grab a hardy, super-filling meal. Everything on the menu can be made vegetarian and even vegan friendly. All in all, it is a great place to bring a group of people because they have good food for everyone. Very friendly staff and owner .

Always fresh food, always friendly staff. The only reasons youre getting 4 stars instead of 5 is for 2 reasons I had mentioned in a previous message: 1) clean your soda machine nozzle and dispenser, and 2) remove the beach buckets from the trash cans. Otherwise keep up the good work!

The food is so fresh, and the place is so clean and uplifting. Great friendly staff in a nice atmosphere. I cant believe how fresh and tasty my burrito was. 5 stars! Move over Chipotle, California Tortilla in Manassas is just much better.
