I Live within one half mile, therefore, I have given them over six chances. Every experience has been the same. The "manager" entertains the servers/bartenders. The staff is always more concerned with their schedules than helping customers. Tonight was HORRIBLE!! One waitress came in and spent five minutes showing her sonogram pictures and then proceeded to shake, flip, etc. her hair right where they were putting food under the light. The "manager" used a cane . . .I think just to rub on the seats and shake in the air. Two of the wait staff proceeded to fondle the shot glasses and cookie cutters (not sure what they are used for). After we asked to speak to a manager, we were asked to leave because we voiced our opinion. He had no response.

Ordinarily I rate Ruby Tuesday well, but this one was spoilt by a very unfriendly, unhelpful and almost rude waitress. Our whole experience was spoilt by this, and although I have tried contacting Ruby Tuesday, I have had no feedback at all. hence this poor review. The waitress was more interested in talking to her friend than serving us, and we had to keep asking for the next course or extra drinks. She rarely said a word, and when she did it was very abrupt. As a consequence of this visit, I would NOT recommend this restaurant.

You know that song "closing time".... well it came on while we were eating there today and I felt it was very fitting for this location. Server was very personable but lacked the attention to detail and only came to out table a total of 4 times from start to finish ... did I mention the place was next to empty? It is a shame that my only motivation to go to this location was that it was closer than the next. It must be the area but there seems to be no place on that side of manassas that is worth it

Ive always loved Ruby Tuesdays salad bar. Unfortunately there arent any locations in WA. The only problem I had with the location I went to was the glass guard over the salad bar. It extends too far and the items toward the back are very difficult to get to. Basically the bar should be shallower and lower so all the items are easier to get to. It seems the made it deeper so it takes up less space in the restaurant.

Starving for a steak. Ordered a medium petite it came back raw. Sent it back with half eaten potato. Manager delivered new steak to my table with the comment you already ate your potato. Then left rudely !! Im eating at bar next time, the bartender only one knows whats going on and treats customer properly.

Service was slow, not even busy. Got the wrong order, then took forever to fix. Then we decided to get dessert, but changed our mind after the waiter gave us our bill without even asking about dessert. Came back ten mins later , then asked us, it seems like they didnt care for business. I wont go back.

Im here eating now and its so slow. It took our server about 5 minutes to come to our table and another customer waiting another 5 minutes to place a to go order. Wow all I see is customers no servers to even check if the customers are ok. Wow! Never coming here again.

My family eat out at Ruby Thesday, Manassas, regularly. The food is excellent and absolutely dedelicious. The salard bar is the best in VA, I assume. The waiter is so nice and prompt. My family really enjoys eating out at Ruby Tuesday about twice a month.

Food is good but every time we go and have a coupon they dont take and always have an excuse. Is very annoying. Why send coupons if youre not going to honor them. I spoke to the manager and he didnt even care. Would not be coming here again.

Had a wonderful, quiet lunch with my daughter. There was no wait, it wasnt crowded. Clean environment, friendly staff, good food, good portions. Handicap friendly.
