Went to this location after work with coworkers. After sitting in the bar area for 10 minutes we had to ask tge bartender for menus and if we had to order from him, no waitress, he finally called for her. We waited 10 minutes for our drinks tgat were literally sitting on the bar waiting to be served. When the waitress finallt came she tgen asked for our ids. I thought that was suppose to be before ordering drinks? I asked if we order appetizers would we have a long wait she responded no! In the mean time another group sits at the other end of the table we occupied and started adjusting the length bar we stopped them because we had more people coming. The waitress asked for id and the man that spoke English replied no no no we come here every week we not show id. The waitress consults the manager on duty, who was in the kitchen, and promptly comes back and says ok just bring it next time you come in. Is that not breaking the law? When the rest of our party came we left after sitting tgere another 15 minutes with no one coming over. Caution and beware this is the WORST TGI Fridays I have ever been to. And will never go back. The saddest part is upon returning to work, dental office, a quite a few of our patients and staff replied "oh yeah never go there it has the worst service and management. I wish I knew before I went. Moving from Fredericksburg we never had bad customer service.

I went to Fridays this evening after work, my meal was good until I ordered the whiskey bottom cake. This was my first time trying and it will be my last. The waitress brought it out and there was ranch dressing on the handle of my spoon that came out on the dessert plate. When I told her she said that was disgusting and she brought me out a new spoon. No manager came to the table to address the situation and the waitress did not offer me or even brought out a new dessert. The whole situation ruined my dinning experience. To top it off I had to pay for it. Customer service was very poor . The waitress was more concern about her tip. I do not ever want her waiting on me again.

My friend and I went here last thursday. As soon as we walked into the bar area, we understood what kind of restaurant this is: a depressing, greasy, shitshow of a restaurant. We walked in around 8 pm. We noticed most of the chairs were on the tables and the staff looked really miserable. A homeless guy kept bothering me for money when I was using the urinal on the mens bathroom. Who likes being bothered when going to the bathroom? Not me. When my friend and i decided to leave, the same guy was smoking black and milds with his homies near the entrance of the establishment, asking passerbys for money. Treat yourself, go anywhere but this place. This TGI Fridays is a hell hole.

Service is really bad. Weve had pretty bad service here before but its been a while so thought wed try again since we were meeting a friend and the friend suggested Fridays. Apparently some things never change. My friend ordered potato skins and had to send them back because they werent cooked all the way so she asked them to cook them again and crispy almost burnt even, they brought the same place back out to her and they were finally cooked but thats it, they werent crispy at all. Potato skins shouldnt be mushy and soft, even after sending them back they were still soft and mushy.

I dont know how to express my feelings, my friends and i were dissapointed and embarrassed at this place by the poorely mannered service dated on march 18...i am not going to articulate the details but to be specific this bar man named farhan (i might not be 100% sure) ruined our night...i have lived in this beautiful nation for some years now and i have never experienced such thing before...if anyone needs to spend a quality time i would advice them not to go there OR atleast not to seat beside the bar... If you dont mind losing customers then disregard this comment!!

The service was good. The food beyond horrible. This is the type of place you will want to go for the happy hour deals and May be find some bearable appetizers to get by until you leave and have real dinner somewhere else. I would as far as saying they are a barely a step above Applebees. Their dinner deals are also not really a deal. .so beware.

Food, service, overall... very unimpressive, friend of mine got frozen entree! Unacceptable! Even we waited too long for check, never got reciept on whats being charged, charged with just amount due, Unreal! Gave them chance prove themselve improvement since 10 years ago, nothing changed, so never again patronize @ Fridays.

The host and the waiters are nice, but the speed of service is horrible. Management is good. My waitress messed up our order and made us wait 43 minutes to get a salad,. I could understand a steak or chicken dinner but for a salad????? Be prepared to wait a loooooooooooooong time for your meal to be served.

Ordered turkey sandwich. Menu said real turkey slices. Nasty! Processed turkey slabbed on bread tasted like bologna. Waiter was sweet, food sucked. The place has gone down hill in herndon. My daughter did even eat Herman and cheese. She said there was no taste to it.

Food is over-salted and too spicy. Jack Danniels burger tastes like piece of salt I even can feel how it crack on my teeth. However managers reacted really fast and personnel are very nice. So if salt proportion will be fixed - it will be nice place to visit.

Surprisingly one of the better Fridays I have had. Same fare as your normal rub of the mill Fridays and staff was nice. However, tasted substantially better than I remember the cuisine being before. Maybe they have upped their game, or this one was just good.

I love this place. Almost everytime i go i play Taboo to pass the time with my family. It was fun because our waiter came over and hung out for a bit. He was genuine and very involved. Our appetizers were free because of a deal and the food i jad was great!

My order was to go, and it toke more than 45 min, they missed the drink and the salad I had to remind them. Whenever I opened my order there was no side dish they missed it also. No knifes no forks. It was the worst experience ever.

Very disappointed, food does not get properly checked by expediters as being pack for pick up. my Cesar salad without dressing, did order 2 full baby back ribs. Ribs very dry only maybe 1oz BBQ sauce side for each one come on.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and was not disappointed. Our waitress was very attentive and she made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The Peach Sangria is amazing! I also love that they have hot tea available.

Ordered wings, well done/extra crispy. Simple request. Sent back once, 2nd time still not right. Now I pay, keep the box, enjoy this wings in the back, on me! I knew there was a reason I avoided Fridays SMH. Last time.
