FIRST OF ALL- as of 5/9/2015...Any Good reviews about this place is fake... dont fall for the bait. Im sure all good reviews are coming from someone affiliated with Red Zone.. or paid to help promote this crummy establishment. This place doesnt deserve 1 star. 1. Red Zone Grill location: It is located at the bottom of a dated apartment hi-rise building 2. Service: Poor! Take heed of all of the poor service reviews. Its true.We made a reservation for 8 ppl a week in advance, we still had a 45 min wait... and the place was damn near empty. The servers were not pleasant and very slow. Typically, a server would work hard to provide good service for a good tip. No not our sever "Kearra".. she knew as soon as she sat us down she would get an automatic $45.96 tip. - which I later found out days later that this was illegal. Although we paid it, as of Jan 2014..Automatic Gratuity law is NO LONGER effective and tip is solely at the discretion of the customer. For good service, I would pay $20 or more.. so Im sure she could have made much more than $45 had she provided better service. 3. They have one: 2 stall 2 sink bathroom per gender, which were very filthy. There were long lines to the bathroom and ppl in the line expressed how unhappy they were with the poor sanitation and poor table service from the establishment. 4. The lounge sitting areas next to the bar are a joke, certainly not inviting. The alcohol drinks are watered down and $9 bucks each. 5. We all ordered the all you can eat snow crab legs for $34. The crab legs are not served buffet style. They are served to you one cluster at a time. A cluster typically consists of 4 long grab legs and 1 leg with the claw. She would bring us cool..not hot crab clusters that had 2 -3 legs missing and it would take our server 15-20 min. to replenish the order and drinks. Cleaning our table/ removing dirty plates was not a priority to our server "Kearra". 6. NOTE.. THIS PLACE DOES NOT PROVIDE SEPARATE BILLS for a large group. The service and the quality of the food was so bad, 2 ppl from our party paid their portions with credit cards and left earlier than anticipated. 7. After growing tired of the bad service, we all decided to grab our check, pay, and to never drive 60 miles RT to patronize that place again. Out of the remaining 6 ppl (myself included) 4 paid with cash and 2 paid with credit card. After presenting the payment to the server, one of the ladies wanted to place a separate order to go. We were told the order would be included on the initial bill and the gratuity will increase, therefore altering all of our portions. If we wanted to place an order to go, we would have to do so at the understaffed/ NO staffed/ Empty bar.. which was literally 2 chair lengths away from our table O_o.... 8. Lastly, we later found out that our server scanned one of our credit cards 3 times but presented a receipt for 1 charge to the cardholder before she left. In addition, after we paid, and as we were exiting the lot, the server chased us down to request payment for a $42 balance that was paid with a cc by one of the ladies that left earlier. The payment wasnt declined, or rejected. The Mgr asked us to pay it b/c the payment was in pending status. O_o.... The cardholders card was approved... the cardholder signed and authorized the amount... and at 9 pm on Sat, due to their technical issues... the Mgr requested double payment. After 30 mins of arguing with her dumb-ass and after she threatened to call the cops b/c we refused to pay twice... the pending credit card payment cleared. Rather than apologizing and acknowledging their errors, that dizzy Mgr told us not to "frequent" the establishment again. I had a very tacky experience and Im SURE there will be other complaints about this dump and that Dig-Bat Mgr. with the dragon breath. Dont waste your time or money at this place. Dont be fooled by the "All You Can Eat Crab Legs ad. Its BS. and if you decide to go, pay in cash and take a picture or make sure you have an eyewitness to confirm how much cash was given.

Went to this restaurant to have a business meeting and it was one of the worst experiences ever. First of all their website advertised a closing time of 2am but the all-u-can eat special is over at 10pm. My party and I arrived at 8:50 and were told by Sheamus that they had stopped serving the all-u-can eat crab legs because the restaurant was closing early that day and they werent taking any more customers. After making a fuss and asking to speak to the manager I was told by the manager, Javier, that they dont close until 2am and that they were still serving crab legs. When asked why his employee told not only us this information but also another couple that was there his response was "Im not sure". Also I notice that they take their time bringing the crab legs out (1 cluster at a time) and the servers seem to disappear around 9:45-9:50 and then magically reappear at 10pm. At 10:30 while we were wrapping up the meeting and finishing our drinks we were approached by Javier and told that they would be closing soon because it was not busy. I reminded him that he told us they close at 2am and that we would be staying until our meeting was finished. Then on the way out all of the employees including the manager were gathered at one of the tables and I approached Javier and asked him the name of the employee that gave me the incorrect information previously and he acted as if he forgot who it was. Luckily one of my partners recognized Sheamus and pointed him out which to my surprise jogged Javiers memory. The only reason I go to this place is for the all-u-can eat crab legs but after this experience they very well may have lost a very loyal and frequent customer.

I have no idea how Red Zone has a 3.8 rating on Google at the time I am writing this. I knew I was in trouble the second I walked in; the space is one of the largest restaurants I have ever stepped into and during happy hour it was empty except for 6 older local folks who were very drunk. No music or anything playing, just a sad, quiet cavern of a space. I ordered a draft Sam Adams, big mistake-it was flat and flavorless; obviously well past its shelf life. The bartender took it off the check. The food was pretty marginal. I had a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was average at best and really soggy by the time it arrived. The photos of shrimp and snow crab legs posted by other users make my stomach churn. The high number of signs displayed around the restaurant explaining the "policy" for the all you can eat snow crab legs was strange and felt tacky. Another disappointing thing was they have at least ten old pinball machines in the bar, but none of them were powered on so you cant actually play them. Theres no flooring throughout most of the space too, just dirty concrete with markings from the old flooring still there. It wasnt clear to me though if they were in the midst of construction, it just looked like they had ripped something up a while ago and put nothing down in its place. Were not talking decorative intentionally exposed concrete flooring here. Two stars feels generous. Steer clear.
