I love Pei Wei. Their food is great and reasonably priced, especially the "Diner Selects" smaller plates that they now offer. However, this location has consistently underperformed. At least 4 times I have ordered online (which the suggest to do), then show up right on time to get my food. Each time I have had to wait between 20-40 minutes for my food to be ready. It is as if they forgot about my order and started it when I walked in the door. Although I love the food, I will be going to the Pei Wei in Sterling from now on.

Love the wonton soup, traditional chicken lettuce wrap, ahi avocado salad in particular. Fresh and tasty and filling. Water for tea is super-hot - avoid scalding by putting cold water on your cup first. Fresh orange/lemon slices for your tea are available by the hot water dispenser. Ordering process can be a bit long with coupons, but staff is very friendly. Remember to leave a dollar or two per diner as a tip for the folks who clear the tables - so many people seem to forget this.

This is about their takeout. Overall everything was fine. But this is the second time we ordered a salad from PEI Wei in Herndon and when we opened up everything, we found no dressing for the salad. Coming back to get it fixed just isnt helpful when you are taking out food and about 15 minutes away. So order most things but stay away form the salad if you are ordering to go.

Very Rude and poor customer service. I will not eat here again. The staff member refused to assist me. I asked if he could ring out my take out order. He actually responded, "He can hook you up." pointing to the other cashier. I would have just left, however, I was picking up the order for my office.

Before my first visit to a Pei Wei, my buddy told me it was "P.F. Changs but fast". That pretty much sums it up. This location was on point, really friendly service that helped out a ton when we had to quickly switch our order to-go.

If you dont know Pei Wei, its basically a poors man version of PF Changs. The atmosphere is great, but the food has basically gone downhill from when this location opened 4-5 years ago.

We live right next to Pei Wei so it is easy to get food. There are busy times, mostly during lunch and dinner but outside of those hours it is good food and relatively quiet.
