They practice poor hygiene and leave hair in your food! One evening my friend and I ordered from them. She got the General Tsos chicken. When she put the chicken on her plate she noticed a hair, since it was on the top she dismissed it, as maybe being one of hers. Then as she ate more of her dinner she noticed another hair embedded in the sauce and chicken!! It was obviously not hers or mine because were both african american and have curly hair. The hair in the food was bone straight and very long. We called and complained and they refused to put the credit for the dish back on my card and said they could only bring us the dish we ordered. The person on the phone was rude, had an accusatory tone, and did not even apologize for the poor hygiene of the staff. Their food is not the best but for the price I preferred it over the other places near the George Mason Fairfax Campus. After this incidence though, Ill never oder from there ever again!

Dont be alarm when there isnt many people eating here. This place is a huge take out restaurant. I came last night for dinner and had a wonderful meal. My friend and I for drinks had green tea and water, the tea was perfect with the cold weather. For starters, we had the wonton soup and spring rolls. The wonton soup was made with a nice broth and served with two large wontons. The spring rolls were average but tasty, two come with an order. The main course we shared, and we had a small chicken and broccoli. The small was a good size as it was a normal portion. The broccoli was a little crunchy, just the way I like. The service was attentive and friendly.

Ive ordered from here 4 times, due to a lack of options. The food is ok but they skimp on the portions and they messed up my order 3 out of the 4 times. They hardly spoke English and couldnt understand what I was saying. I called them once to ask for the food they forgot. At first they refused and said "thats your problem". They reluctantly agreed to resend it to me, but told me I had to wait another hour for the food and still expected me to pay for it. If you do place an order here, I strongly recommend recording the phone conversation.

The food has been pretty good. We have been in the restaurant several times. But Our problem has been the delivery driver , who no matter what amount of money you give him as a tip , he will still complain to you! It made us feel very uncomfortable. Every time I call the manager she gives us the run around but never apologizes! Tonight she told us that gas is expensive!!!! Could not believe it!! Real Bad Customer service!!! We will not be buying from them ever again ! Sorry ...It is totally their loss!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. I placed an order for delivery and the lady that picked up the phone was so rude. Hung up on me. The delivery driver went to the wrong location so I walked half a mile from where I was with no shoes on. I get to the delivery man and he wont hand me the food without a tip and after the horrible service I had, there was no way I was giving one. So we stood there until he handed me the food. All of that occurred for some below average food. WORST PLACE EVER STAY AWAY

They just updated their menu recently, which is much closer to the real Chinese food. Im from Northern China and love their cooking style, especially their spicy food. Very traditional and original. If you like the real Chinese food, like Sichuang style or Shandong style, come to this place. Their noodles are also hand made. Feels like eating at a nice restaurant in China. Absolutely recommended!

This is my second time coming here and I enjoyed my meal both times, service was given with a smile wonderful. My only complaint would be how dirty everything was.Windows, carpet, mirrors, light fixtures the tables were sticky. Omg makes me wonder about the kitchen. I do hope they read these reviews and be proactive clean the place up top to bottom inside and out.

Update: since 2017 I can no longer recommend this place. The quality of ingredients has definitely taken a dive, service is erratic, and the restaurant is in desperate need of a makeover. Original review: Under new management since mid 2014. New chef, new menu, excellent tasting and authentic Chinese food. A regular on our To Go rotation. Highly recommended.

Try their sezhuan chicken! They offer it traditional Chinese style and American style with shredded veggies. Theyre both delicious, great spices. We were presently surprised with their updated menu as wed been a few months ago and were disappointed. He got a crispy chicken and it was super tasty. If youve skipped it before, give it a shot now!

They must have a new chef! Ive ordered a few times since February 2016 and each time it wasnt very good at all, but Ive been very pleasantly surprised lately! Everything weve ordered in the last month or so has been delicious and arrives steaming hot! So happy with this new change!

I am an American with a disability my cousin owns the restaurant, I worked there for 2 months and was fired due to my disability. My cousin will skimp you on portions, the food there is below average and sucks. I recommend Uncle Lius in Fairfax, it is worth the drive.

Definitely not a sit down restaurant, meant to be a take-out only place. The hot and sour soup was too salty, the wonton strips were soggy, and the egg roll was very under cooked. I wont be going back.

Great food early in the day. Sometimes later in the evening they get a little lazy with the cooking. They burnt my chicken wings one night and didnt fix my egg fried rice correctly it was dried out.
