I ordered a medium fry an 8" steak sub, all I wanted was lettuce, mayo, and mushrooms. Three others were in my group, one chicken teriyaki sub, a cheese steak, and a club were the other sandwiches that were ordered. After waiting F O R E V E R, almost 15 minutes, our food came out. My order was completely wrong, and I mean it couldnt possibly be any more wrong. Who in the hell puts honey mustard on a steak sandwich? It was disgusting. The amount of meat on the four sandwiches was comical, and I mean truly pathetic. One half of my friends chicken sub had about 5 small cubes of chicken on it. There was one person in my group who commented that it was the worst meal theyve had so far this year. The establishment itself was not very clean, and there was a good amount of filth under the counters that needed to be swept up. The ordering process is silly, and the food is expensive for very small portions. The layout of the place isnt very good either. So, the service sucks, they take forever, it isnt cheap, the quality and quantity of the food is sub-par. I dont see this place lasting very long. I hope they close and a Jersey Mikes goes in its place. The reviews dont lie, avoid.

Told the order taker I wanted a sub with everything, but little mayo. He seemed unclear, so I restated I wanted everything it came with. Went to pay, and the kid at the register messed up. Instead of S9.64, he charged my card $0.96 and had to run it again for the remainder. Go to sit to wait, sandwich comes out with only little mayo. I returned it and they seemed very confused I wanted everything on my sub listed under it on the menu board. I had to repeat it 3 times to 2 people. They remake the sub, and it came out with only half the items. Geez... This was my first time, and last at this place. I only give it 2 stars for the fries, and the sub was ok for what it was. Loses stars for service.

This place is horrible! It took a long time to get the food. The peoples orders were wrong. Some people waited longer than others. Several people asked for Diet Pepsi that was out in the machine. Some of them left without getting their Diet Pepsi. I asked for my money back & then they fixed it. The fresh cut fries were broke up into 1/4 - 1/2 inch long pieces & so salty you could not eat them. The place is run by teenagers, what a big mess. It cost me $13.11 for lunch. Not worth the taste, cost or the trouble.

I had a coupon for a free 6" sub so in spite of having heard terrible things about this place I decided what the neck, a free sub. I got the wrong sub, then went back and got the right one. It was still terrible. For a free sub and a large fry it was still over $6. Poor service, bad food, and more expensive than Chipotle. How are yall still in business?

Thought I would try it ,food expensive, staff didnt seem to care, regret spending my money there. Staff joked with each other and rudely yelled across the room that I hadnt paid for my sub. Mind you there was no cashier to pay and I was sitting at a table waiting.

Was able to order fast food was hot and plenty of meat ...not like some sub places who give you very little meat on your sandwich. The Italian is my favorite but have had the steak sandwich also delicious. Great sandwhich hot or cold.

Not impressed. Ordered a 8" chicken parm and there might have been enough meat to fill a 4" one. The staff was there for a paycheck. Felt like customers were a bother to them.
