Glad there is finally a place in town where you can watch all the football games on Sunday and UFC pay per views. Unfortunately most of the staff is incredibly inattentive, and the food is sub par compared to other Bdubs Ive visited. In four visits Ive only been greeted once without having to return to the host stand, stop someone or find a manager. In one instance I had to do two of the three after returning to the host stand yielded no results. I wouldnt consider myself a terribly patient person, but I did give whoever was supposed to be my server or whoever was supposed to assign me one several minutes before trying to find someone on my own. Today my step-father told me about going there to get a meal yesterday, being sat and then promptly ignored for what he estimated to be about ten minutes before having to stop someone to receive service. (That is what prompted me to wright this review) I will say that they do have a decent selection of craft beers, though their prices are a bit high when compared to most bars in the area. A price I wouldnt mind paying if I didnt have to wait so long to have my order taken. I will admit though that my patience will drain quickly if I can see my beer dying in the well after being poured. In the end, I will surely return from time to time for access to sporting events. But that is the only draw, and otherwise it is a place I will probably avoid as a direct result of the service I have experienced.

Wow, this place sucks...imagine this; you order chicken and beer at chicken place with a bar at dinner time in a half empty restaurant. 1 hour and twenty minutes later, food arrives...we are next to the bar and it took 25 to get a drink, nothing fancy...a beer. Bartender wandered off for 15 minutes. Manager wouldnt take responsibility, kept saying it wasnt his fault, guess what...poor kitchen service is your fault, it may not be your responsibility, but you are accountable. Yeah, chicken at a chicken place at dinner, surprise.

The location is perfect, however the size does not accommodate the massive amount of guests arriving. I did not even get to eat here due to the fact that when we walked in we stood for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. With around 3 hosts, what appeared to be two managers , and a server even a little "welcome to bdubs" would have made us stay. Went next door to San Jose and it was fast, delicious, and friendly .

Came for the fight, spend $60 on cover charge just to get locked in. Being told if I went outside at anytime I would not be refunded and would not allowed back inside. Which Im sure is against fire code. Havent seen the waitress in at least 30 mins. B-dubs?? Get it together. Needless to say I will not be returning to the rocky mount location. "Enter at your own risk"

If it wasnt for the bartender, Jennifer, I would not have gotten served. Employees standing around and no one paying attention to who was in their section. BUT , once Jen saw I was not being taken care of she was very friendly and hustled to cover others sections while still keeping the customers at the bar happy THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE JEN

Order online. Mixed up the wing order, different flavor than what I asked for, which wasnt a big deal. I brought the other wings back and waited for the new set. Got them and when I got home realized that the wings were wrong again and they just put the sticker of the flavor I asked for over another flavor. Dont trust them.

Never on time with your orders. Last time they brought me the wrong stuff, took it back, came out with wrong stuff again. Girl said I give up. Another girl went back and got right stuff. Order was cold by time I left. Was tired of being there so didnt say anymore

Lets get serious, I have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings that was worth a crap. The service is horrible and the food is never hot. I would like a refill eating hot wings but maybe thats just me. I thought this location would change my mind, but it didnt.

Your average over priced bdubs, but with a consitent bad staff to go with it. The food is always good, but its not always worth the stress of the place. But is a great place to go for games, I still go here for a big game, but usually only for a beer or two.

Slow service even at an off time. They advertise that a meal will be free if it takes longer than 15 min but then they dont set the timer and make excuses. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and the crispy chicken tasted old. Never coming here again.

Usually the service, food and experience is a good one. I cant say that for the management at this restaurant tonight. It could have been better..and generally is. They seem to be losing customers...and you have to wonder about why.

The service is slow due to the wait staff calling off and the bartender was completely running all over the place. I ordered a Bloody Mary. Cost me 8 bucks with no garnish... who makes a Bloody Mary with no garnish?

Besides spilling ranch all over my wife and giving her some napkins and wet wipes it was fine. Now we have to go home and change before we finish our day. Could have given her a free dessert or something...rude!

Out of sweet tea, out of boneless wings, out of pico... had to wait extra 10 minutes for chicken buffalitos that came without pico, just a few pieces of what looked like giblets of chicken, lettuce & tomato

Waited 15 minutes for server who was waiting on table beside me. When she comes over she takes our order and then goes to a table of 6 and wait on them for another 10 min. Poor customer service.

The atmosphere was amazing... It was a little too crowded though. The only issue I had was the chicken was NOT hot at all!! It was luke warm like its pre-cooked and they just put sauce on it.

Good experience. They changed their Tuesday traditional wing deal. Used to be 50% off. Now it is buy 5 get 5 free. I am a wing fanatic and Buffalo Wild Wings just lost a consistent customer.
