Was in the mood for a burger. 5 guys wherever you go typically deliver. First time at this particular 5 guys. Went up to order and to this day I have not a clue what he was saying to me at all. I just went up an ordered and he was saying something to me while picking up cups and not really seeming to listen to what I said. Anyway, I just told him what I wanted while he kept talking over me and hoped for the best. If interested I ordered a cheesburger with ketchup and mustard and mushrooms. Got everything I ordered but very little mustard. Was going to go back back said no. Fries where way over cooked and soaked in grease. Burger was fine. I think many of these owners think that they cannot lose with a 5 guys franchise and thats exactly how they treated me. Rush rush rush.....push this push that and not really listen to the customer or speak clearly. Honestly, as I write this I still have no idea what this gentleman ever said to me. Not one word. Anyway, gave them a chance....never again particularly at $13,00

This place is great, the menu is like every other Five Guys, but thats just fine, thats really all thats needed: Basically they serve burgers, hotdogs and fries, with some variation on the theme; you can get a no-carb burger (served wrapped in lettuce), theyll even serve you burgers with multiple patties (although they give you the funny looks at about 4 patties). The burgers and fries are pretty simple, but made from good quality ingredients, and thats really what matters! A fancy cardboard box or toys dont make your burger taste any better.

I have never been disappointed with this or any Five Guys Burgers & Fries. I have been to the Five Guys in Ashburn many, many times, and the food and service are always fantastic. Ive never had any problems with my orders, and Im quite pleased with the taste and quality of the food every time. I always get a bacon burger with jalapenos and regular fries, which I sprinkle vinegar on. Its making my mouth water right now. If youve never been to Five Guys, and you like burgers then get out there now!

the food is just as tasty as other five guys locations and the staff is just as friendly as well. the thing that irks me is that they always seem to have technical issues at this ashburn location. the atm is broken and out of paper regularly, their credit card machine goes down from time to time, and apparently they dont accept the gift cards yet(or in the near future). you will never pay the same way consecutively so always have cash in hand!

Terrible Arabic speaking staff..They do not know how to read an online order and completely messed it up. Made fun of my name..they do not speak a word of English and can hear them joking and cussing in Arabic. I know cos I speak the language too. Got my order 15 min late. And why is there no English speaking supervisor? Every single person on staff speaks only Arabic? What is happening to America?

It all started the other day when my friends and I gnawing hunger , I asked if they know the "Five Guys burgers" and they said no . So I took them to eat the best Burger in our region - and the rest is history . Place is highly recommended ! Very good food and service at a high level!

Its a Five Guys, with a solid and friendly staff, and the usual excellent food. Cant recommend it any more than that. Order online, save the wait. Nothing better than getting your burger while 5 people in front of you in line are waiting.

Great burgers and fries! Also, a good place to bring the kids as its loud enough that they can cry without bothering people. Prices are a bit steep for burgers, but they do give good portion sizes.

$14.50 for a hamburger, reg fries and a drink. But the fries are really good and so are the hamburgers. And you get free peanuts. A reg. order of fries is enough for two people.
