Im sorry to say that Ive had the worst experience at this location. Earlier this month I went in to grab a quick dinner and my debit card was declined three times. The manager on duty apologized, I was embarrassed and I left. I immediately checked my bank balance and everything was fine, there was definitely money there. The very next day, I checked again, and I had been debited $10.57 for food I never got to eat. I went to the location and asked for a refund. I was told by the same manager that he couldnt give me a refund, that he had no record of the transaction. I had to go back to my bank and dispute the charge. I went to my bank and my bank told me that they do not dispute charges less than $25. Because Penn Station had debited the money they had to refund it. I went back there earlier this week with paperwork showing the SAME manager that the debit had occurred on his end. He said he had no record of it and without a disputed charge from my bank I would not receive a refund. I went back to my bank AGAIN and was told that if I proceeded with the dispute that I would have to consider the charge a fraud and have my debit card destroyed. And I did it. For $10.57. This is extremely disappointing and I will never frequent another location. Ive been to Penn Station more this month than Ive ever been and I still havent gotten to eat. I understand that you have a process but I feel another manager should have reached out to me. Ive told many people about this experience and will continue to do so.

First off, the staff that works here are INCREDIBLY undertrained. So much so that their customer service skills are degraded to the point that a pre-pubescent 13 year old boy with rage issues playing call of duty would make better management than the people who work here. *clearsThroat, you know who you are. Its honestly a shame considering pen station usually has descent food. The staff here is RUDE, SELF ENTITLED, and simply ASCENINE. The last time (which was the VERY LAST TIME) I stopped in this place, the staff was so nasty to me that I was in shock at their audacity. This is not a restaurant for the west end, but more like an inner city prison cafeteria, which I will never visit again. A tip to your management: Please train or rehire staff that is respectful and will treat your customers descent enough they will want to come back. There is NO excuse for your staff to act the way they do to your customers. Before you are sued, get your act together or move to the ghetto where this type of behavior is normal.

When they opened they were amazing with a amazing manager...dont know what went wrong but I recently visited and my sandwich was nothing but a pile of grease coming apart at the seems. I walked in and stood there for five minutes before a employee came out to greet me and take my order. The price I paid vs quality of food was unacceptable. Id skip this place which is sad because I use to love eating there but getting poor quality, a high price and inattentive service makes it just not worth my time to bother coming back.

I honestly love the food. The sandwichs are usually great, fresh and what I want from a place like that. Im not to sure about the management.. most the the employees are nice and helpful but there is one employee in particular that is horrible. He is never polite and ALWAYS provides a horrible experience. I work in customer service so I dont expect the best from a smaller place like that but had to voice my opinion about this employee. I dont want this review to be all negative because honestly the subs are great!

I went out of my way to drive here for the grilled subs. Before waking in I thought it was a family run place but once I got here I realized that its just another franchise. The 8" grilled chicken I ordered had nothing special about it, it was really really bland and 8" wasnt as big as I thought it would be. I couldve made a better sub myself or for he price wouldve gotten a better tasting 12" from Subway. Overall This franchise does not have a menu worth coming back for.

i ordered the sandwich and it was all like delisious and stuff it went mmmmmm mmmm mmm in my stomach and mmmm mmmmm in my mouth and mind mmmmm. the fries were tghe toping on the ckae. mmmm in my mouth. speaking of cake u should add cake in th menu itd be rly good ^-6 anyway really loved the memes i got served they wer amasing. kep up trhe goodf work!!!1!

I used to love this place... the food is great however there is a night time manager that is HORRIBLE! He talks down to the people that work there and customers. He really resents his job and he lets it show. I walked in tonight with my brother and he looked up, saw us an sneered. I walked out. Thanks to him I will not be going back.

Every road trip we take, we grab like $40 worth of subs. Last time we went 2 hours out of our way just to get our fix. We are from Wisconsin, so they dont have any chains up north. This is a real treat! And LOVE the lemonade!!!

The subs are great! Very similar to subway but this was closer. Very helpful staff on hand. Handled everything perfectly. They even warded off that black guy that was yellin from outside trying to summon the devil.

These guys are great. Always friendly and helpful. We love their fries, we specifically go there to get them. Theyre made with the best ingredients and taste delicious. Definitely worth trying!
