Took my disabled wife to dinner an hour ago, the first time she felt well enough in years. We were disappointed. My wife wanted a nice plate of lasagna, while I hoped for a decent steak, though such is not an Olive Garden specialty - its a pasta restaurant. Inexplicably, this Italian restaurant has no lasagna dinner on its menu. Youd have to order a huge multi-entree dinner, of which one part is lasagna. She had to settle for lasagna fritters, which she reported as being ok. I orderd the Tuscan Sirloin and it was awful. It tasted good in terms of the seasonings, but the meat was so tough I couldnt chew it and gave up, leaving 2/3s of my steak on the plate. Perhaps worse was the reaction of staff to my complaint. A water waitress came to fill our glasses, asked how our meals were. I replied, "uhhh, no comment." She dropped her smile and left without a word. Next up was our waiter who asked how our food was. "Not good," I told him, explaining the meat was so tough it was inedible. He replied in an aw, gee, thats terrible, sort of way, but offered nothing else, and he too just walked away. On our way out the hostess asked how our meal was, and I waved my hand downward indicating NOT happy, but not wishing to speak to yet another Olive Garden employee who simply didnt care, I said nothing out loud. In fairness, the service was good, and my wife found the lasagna fritters acceptable. In my 60 years Ive had a lot of good steaks and a couple not so good steaks, but this was the first time that I was unable to finish a steak because it was so tough, chewy, and full of gristle. I wont be back, not because of this steak, but because of staff that couldnt care less that I paid $18 for a steak I couldnt eat it was so bad.

Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant and I always get excited when my family agrees to go there with me, but if I knew the service we were going to get at this one I wouldve told my family not to go here. Probably the worst experience I have ever received. The only good thing about the Olive Garden was the food and breadsticks. We had a bigger group of 12 and the hostess gave my sister the worst attitude when she walked in letting her know there was 12 people. She acted like she didnt want us there. The waitress was kind of off seemed super nervous and not very excited. Towards the end she got better. Overall, customer service was awful and super slow. Would not recommend!

My daughter and I sat down to eat. I placed my order and asked for a salad with lettuce and tomato only, the wait repeated "let and tomato" no croutons, I said lettuce and tomato only sweetie. He goes to get the salad and drinks, comes back with a full salad, I told him I only wanted lettuce and tomato. My daughter said Ill keep this one, and......she continued speaking with him, he walked away from the table while she was letting him know that she would pay for that salad and to box it up to take out. He turned his back as if we werent speaking to him. I will NEVER eat there again

I took my kids out today to experience there first olive garden and it was amazing!!! It was clean friendly . The food was served within a decent wait and it was fresh N hot.. everything tasted great and the drink refills were in point... my kids had a great time... such a great time there asking me when we can go back and I just exactly left the restraunt.. party of 6 and we all left with full bellys.. Brandon and Corey are the best waiters!!!!!! I will be back to this place over and over. Best first experience.

Food was great, Service was extremely friendly and overall excellent. We were stopping on our way back to Pennsylvania from Disney World it was getting late and we were tired, unfortunately hurricane Irene made sure there were no hotel rooms to be found. :( We were so lucky to have stopped here after wearing out our cell phone trying to book a hotel room unsuccessfully, the manager Anton heard of our situation and called a friend of his at the nearby Hampton Inn and got us a room!

The food was great but the service was horrible as we got seated we waited 15 min and still no service I had to ask the hostess if we had a waiter for our table then after our waiter checked on us 2 times....after paying our bill at the table I once again had to go to the hostess and ask for a to go plate so I could take my leftovers as Im walking by the kitchen our waitress was standing there chatting with other waitress so I was very disappointed in this olive garden

The service was excellent. The wait staff was very friendly. I went during lunch time and even though there was a crowd, my co-workers and I still got our meals in a timely manor. Great place to take kids for lunch, and a sweet spot for a romantic dinner for two. There are the classic meals like chicken parm and spaghetti, but they also have dishes with a twist. 10/10 Would eat again!

Eaten in here numerous times over the last 10 years and Ive never been disappointed in the food you get. The service sometimes can be slow to seat you, but this place is always busy so hardly surprising. Highly recommend the salads, the trio of Italy and Northern Italy if its there. Cheesecake for dessert is always a winner!

Delicious rosemary grilled chicken. Husband tried the herb-grilled salmon. Another great choice. Salad and bread sticks included. Chris was a very attentive server. Fast service. A very enjoyable dinner. Will definitely return. All for < $31.00 pre tip.

This place is great...if you love waiting 45 minutes+ for your food and being greeted with a warm, friendly frown and a flat "follow me". Servers are nice, food is great, but they seriously need to work on food time and hostess behavior.

The food is good, although every time I order here, they seem to get my order wrong. I dont even ask for specialty items, or change the food in any way. Very clean, pleasant environment, Id rather go here than red lobster.

Just a bad experience...out of one side that came with order so just assumed I would like the side they chose...linguine del mare was blah...no flavor...bill was $60 and restaurant didnt have change for $100 bill...

Went in before the dinner crowd all the waitresses and waiters were waiting to serve everyone I sat at the bar because I just wanted a salad and breadsticks which was delicious as usual places clean nice atmosphere

Kelsy took my order. Was very polite and prompt. Breadsteaks and salad where pretty good as well as my chicken parmesan. Definetly would recommend for people looking for good service and hot good food.
