I have been here several times and have rarely had a good experience. I kept going back because of its convenient location within Target, but I dont plan on going there again. The staff are often clueless and slow regarding making beverages. Ive had my drink order messed up on several occasions, and the napkins/creamer stand is often left unfilled. Also, they often dont know what items are on sale or how the sale works. Additionally, Ive seen them be rude to myself or other customers on several occasions. For example, I went here once when there was a sale for 50% off some drinks, ending at 5pm for regular customers and 6pm for members. I arrived a bit before 5pm and was the person next in line at 4:55pm. The cashier seemed to purposefully waste 5 minutes so she wouldnt have to sell me or anyone else in line drinks at half price (she wasnt making drink or anything like that either). When she finally tries to take my order, I order one of the half price drinks and she abruptly responds, "Its 5:01", without asking whether I was a Starbucks member. I then had to show her the ad where it mentions members are entitled to an extra hour with the sale price to which she doesnt say a word the rest of the transaction. I dont plan on going to this Starbucks again.

The only reason I didnt give one star is because my shaken green tea is usually good. I ordered an iced black eye, and even after the cashier asked how to make it, they just forgot about it. When I asked about it, the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her because I wanted something I paid for. It still came out burnt and bad in general. Ive had multiple bad experiences with this Starbucks over the past few months, so Im finished with this store until they decide to hire a staff that respects their customer and know how to make a simple cup of damn coffee.

Regular coffee machine is broken. Its been broken over 4 days. How are you still without a new machine! I LOOK for Starbucks coffee every morning by my job. You would think that with such a big company they would have great customer service! N the lady had the nerve to tell me we only have espresso!!! If i wanted espresso I would of asked for it!!!! Youve def lost my every day business since Im taking my coffee orders else were!!!! No more Starbucks for me ever!!! Not even as a gift!!!!! Trash will be!!!!!

The usual Starbucks located inside a target location. The tables are usually clean and they dont seem to kind if you sit down with an outside snack. There is always a table covered in miscellaneous papers and stuff from the manager sitting down to work. You can use your Target Red Card to pick up your favorite sip!

Any real coffee people, save yourself the trouble. You can smell the burnt coffee before you even walk by. Worst thing is, they hire people that believe coffee cant be burnt and they laugh at you if you say something. Go brew a real cup, it costs $8 less.

Great employees and great service. Ive ordered ahead on my app as well and theyve consistently gotten my order perfect! Great outdoor seating as well. Pretty small inside so seating is a little limited at times, but overall, great experience.
