If you drink frappucinos from this place you probably have no idea what real coffee tastes like! Try ordering another menu item... Their regular coffee is brewed fairly well, the iced coffee is ice. But they cross the line on every other drink! The espresso is heavily involved in the other drinks, but it tastes absolutely horrible! And why do they have raw sugar but not regular sugar? The raw sugar tastes horrible and Im allergic to the artificial sweeteners! The store is usually clean, placed in an inconvenient parking lot though, and the staff are nice.

I just moved here from Norfolk, VA where Starbucks was a regular stop during my day, sometimes 2 or 3 stops during my day! and when we moved here I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location, not only will you get a bad attitude at the counter, but you will barely be able to choke down your "coffee" these baristas should go back to brewing 101! Try "the coffee quarter" instead, we have enjoyed the service and coffee there!

30 minutes for my order of one grande peppermint mocha. I guess I should have done a mobile order since theyve put about 30 mobile orders out while I wait. By the way, when I finally got my drink, there were 6 drinks for a mobile order (receipt was on the counter) that had just been sitting there. From now on Ill go to anywhere else. Wawa, Sheetz, Dunkin. Not here.

Addicted to Starbucks, that I go here like almost four times a week and always order their iced passion tango tea lemonade. The mobile App is very easy to use and it makes life easier especially trying to get to work on time. That app is a liver saver and saves the hustle of waiting in line. Highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The cold brew literally taste like a coffee a trucker was drinking, left on the table over night then a disgruntle waitress poured it back into the pot. Someone asked for a cold brew n she pours u that coffee. Its awful. How is starbucks a legit coffee place??? The actual shop is decent but the coffee is questionable.

Crowded as per usual, but the young lady behind the register still remained very pleasant! I ordered a chai tea latte - skim, no foam, no water, eight pumps; the barista did well! The only issue was that three people worked behind the counter and they were a bit slow. Pleasant atmosphere though.

First time visiting this Starbucks about three weeks back (as I usually visit the Lusby Starbucks due to location). Sarah was extremely friendly and personable despite the small crowd there. My vanilla bean frappe was delicious! A very lasting great impression, and I will definitely be back!

Staff is always friendly and professional. Its always very busy, so there will be a wait for your coffee. However the staff moves fast and manages well. Not the best place to stop if youre in a rush, but if you have time its great. Definitely one of my favorite study spots.

The line is long and they never seem to have enough staff. We waited almost 30 minutes for two frozen coffees. The staff was working hard but were overwhelmed by internet orders and regular customers. The coffees were very good though you just cant go if your in a hurry.

Great staff, place is usually very busy but crew is top notch, the staff members work well together, most know the regulars by name and provide service with a smile. Only complaint is when online orders stack up and hold up a line of us who have ordered in person.

Volume is larger than capacity, makes it difficult for employees, longer wait times fo customers recieving product. Could benefit from having more than one Starbucks in the area. No drive through option. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is pleasant.

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks of all time! The baristas always have smiles on their faces, kind words to say, and take pride in serving their customers. The restaurant is always clean a d the atmosphere is always positive!

I ordered a tall caramel frap with extra caramel. Most Starbucks give you a tiny amount of caramel and to even taste it you need an extra shot. THIS PLACE THO, they gave me a cup of caramel with a little bit of frap stuff. Holy carp.
