Overall, for our first and last experience, it was disappointing. Pros: Food tasted good and it was presented well. Our server was very pleasant. Decor was very nice. The coffee had great flavor. The way the hostesses take your name and phone number is really cool - you get a text when the table is ready! Lastly, the restaurant dining room was clean! Cons: When we received our text saying the table was ready, the hostesses realized the table assigned to us was given to another party. It turns out the Manager on Duty was assigning parties to tables. The hostesses made it very clear that they could not assign a different table, since the manager was the only one seating tables. . . We finally got our table.. the hostesses had to go find the manager TWICE to get us sat (yes, there was empty tables throughout the dining room when this was an issue). We got our table - waited 5 minutes for a server to greet us. She arrived, was very friendly, but, offered us coffee and immediately asked us if we were ready to order. We ordered. No suggestions on what was good on the menu. The server didnt ask if we had been here before, etc. We then waited 30 minutes for our food. During that time, I sat and watched the manager pace through the dining room assigning tables (hopefully, he got better after his mix us with ours...) and never once LOOKED AT THE KITCHEN! He never once looked at a plate coming out of the kitchen! The food finally arrived. It was cool to the touch. At this point, my wife and I decided that the flavor profile was good, but when it takes 30 minutes for an omelet, I expect it to show up at least warm, if not not HOT! The Manager on Duty must have walked by us 30 times during our time there and never stopped and asked any of the tables how the food was. Disappointing. With my background in food and beverage, I know that hair longer than a quarter of an inch should be restrained by a hat, hair net, or beard guard. The manager had long facial hair that was un restrained. I can only imagine what the staff out of sight could have looked like. We wont be returning.

Today was my first time visiting. I love the decor and the atmosphere of the cafe. Now for the service, AMAZING! We had a young lady named Corrina (I believe thats what she said, Im old, bad memory) and she was AWESOME! I had a cup of tomato basil soup and 1/2 Monterey Club sandwich. I ordered mine without the avocado and on the artisan whole grain bread. The soup and sandwich were both DELICIOUS! I can see where the artisan whole grain bread could be a must every time I go. It was so fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back. Next time, Ill bring my husband. I saw the breakfast that was served to the gentleman at the next table. I believe my husband will love the breakfast.

Ive heard a lot about First Watch so I decided to try it out. Boy was everyone right about how delicious the food is. We had a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. The hostess was very friendly and our server was amazing. Her name was Sarahs and she was very knowledgeable and patient helping us navigate the menu. She gave extremely good service and I would be happy to return and dine in her section. The food was fresh and high quality. The only negative was being seated near the kitchen and having to here aan yelling at the staff and the cooks. Will return again!

Really great menu! Ive had the turmeric lemonade there before (absolute favorite; have since been craving it, but its currently not on the menu), but this morning I tried the morning meditation and wasnt disappointed. For a gluten-free, cow-dairy-free meal, I had the Farmhouse skillet hash (substituting cheddar and monterey jack cheese with goat cheese). Superb. I was too full to finish all the potatoes, and I usually never like to leave a potato behind. Come early! Its not as packed as it is at lunch time.

Dispicable service. Seated on the patio when it began to rain. Went inside and asked for assistance and rude staff ignored us. Took our plates inside and found s table only to be told by a rude manager we had to move. Standing in the middle of this so called restaurant soaking wet holding our plates. Finally the got us a different table. No offer to tske our plates for us. Waitress pushed me out of her way to get by to serve a table as I apparently did not walk fast enough. Horrible place.

Very nice people, new location, call them and ask where is it located, because the Google Maps location is incorrect. Seating outside (tables, umbrella, chairs), benches inside and outside for waiting, you go inside, ask for a table, they ask for your phone number, so they can text you when the table is ready, they have half booth, half tables, plenty of healthy choices on menu, food is excellent and the fresh fruit mix/blend drinks are really good. Prices are great too.

Came here for the first time with a group of friends for brunch. We were seated immediately. Our server Corinna was very nice and efficient. I ordered the morning meditation juice and market skillet hash with a Belgian waffle. There jam preserves are really good. I like that they have healthy options but still have some traditional breakfast...something for everyone. Prices are average...we will be back.

Service is amazing here. The food is always great. Its healthy and tasty, never feel over stuffed. Went this morning and there was a small issue with my husbands meal and the manager brought him out a completely new plate with fresh food very quick. He comped our entire meal even though we did not ask for that. We wanted them to be aware of the small issue. We love coming here.

My wife convinced me to come here about a year ago. Reluctantly I joined her. Ever since that day every experience I have had at this location has been courteous, friendly, professional, and clean. The food is always great. The staff and management are always checking to make sure your experience is wonderful. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Nice place if you want to eat a healthy breakfast, but you realize your fridge is empty and you dont feel like cooking. Right off of the 64 exit makes it a great road trip stop for breakfast too. Food is good and our server Daisy was very nice. I would recommend using the app to avoid the line. I had the egg benadicts with b.l.t. It was good.

Ive been greeted with nothing but great service and great food here. Anybody complaining about this place have either been there in a bad day, or theyre just bad customers. Probably bad customers. However, I highly enjoy this place and highly recommend it.

The map on their website is wrong. Its on th corner of Coliseum & Von Shilling. Why 2011 is their address is beyond me. Nothing healthy on their menu. Chicken salad was blah. Everyone else in my gp liked their food. Very crowded. Very noisy.

We were visiting from KY and the wait was only 10 -15 minutes, but the food was worth every second of the wait. My kids never clean their plate but they did here. They asked me if we can move to VA so that we can eat here more often.
