Rude!!!! As I was waiting patient for my food at the window. A young working there was bobbing his head to a beat and acted like he was punching the glad window that opens and closes where they serve you food. So when he handed me my food he slammed the window said thank you. He didnt ask if that was all? Need anything eles? Sause? So i knocked on the glass and asked his name, he hesitated to tell me then he said Kevin. I said Kevin can I have katchup? He said Yea then just shut the window on me.! Will not get my money ever again!

I purchased two orders and one was very unique. When I got home they made the specialty burger completely wrong. I called to complain and the manager was very considerate of the situation. He apologized and gave me two free meals the next time I visited. I stopped by the following week and they fulfilled their promise and made sure everything was made correctly. I gave them four stars because they messed up my order the first time, but they did make efforts to regain my business... and their burgers are delicious!

Usually awesome but the last several times our order has been wrong my boyfriends doubles always end up singles though we have paid for doubles. And the fries were old. Update its months later and decided to come back and shouldnt have. Paid for bacon, no bacon yet again. Fries obviously redipped or the oil defense needs to be changed. Also cant even eat my burger its so smothered in mayonnaise and just messy, its disgusting

Every time I go (three times) they always dump salt on my meals, a two tablespoons of salt does not taste good on any meal, whenever I am in a car with friends I always choose not to get food here because of the deliberate salt dumping on my food. Extremely dissatisfied and I will never eat food at any location ever.

Any large drink is 99 cents before 10AM, which is a change because it was 11AM when they first opened. Happy hour daily offers 50% off all drinks. The also serve breakfast. Theres specials periodically for food, drinks, ice cream or shakes which you can get via email or text alerts.

The food is hit or miss, not consistent. Example: chicken tenders can be hot and fresh or hard and old. The slush drinks also vary. Have been to better Sonics in the SW part of the country. Having said that not many Sonics in this region.

Their food and milkshakes are good when they are made right. I get a chocolate milkshake with brownie and if im lucky i actually get the brownie in it i usually just get chocolate milkshake or vanilla. Confused why they cant get it right?

Long wait. Pretzel dog- bun soaked with mustard, wiped it off and still do over powering. All American dog- there are other toppings beside relish. Rather go anywhere else. McDonalds has more consistancy!!
