I dont like giving bad reviews, especially when the food is good. However, the service I got from Wagner at the Broad st location was horrible. I decided to eat lunch outside on their patio to enjoy the sun. He gave me my food, which I ordered inside and never came back. I waited, trying to be understanding, but after 20 min. I walked inside and saw him sitting there talking. He saw me and ran the other way. Coward!! Then to top it off, the manager gave me 3 dollars off. Really!! It didnt need a hand out. I wanted the service I deserve for being a customer.

The food is great but when I called to let them know an order had been messed up the girl who answered the phone was very snobby and rude. I had never had an issue and have ordered many times... but this girls attitude is enough to make me go somewhere else. If I spend $40-$50 per order i dont expect to be spoken to as if i am bothering her or making anything up. Hire a better hostess to answer your phones, bad customer service can make you lose customers QUICK.

I ordered a veggie fajita, it tasted ok but there turned to to be a piece of meat in there. The Asian looking manager was very rude when I asked that I be not charged for that item. Worst customer service and bad attitude. They loose a customer for life, I am never going there again. Why give business to a restaurant who doesnt care for customer satisfaction.

Service is good. Food is average Mexican restaurant fare. Fajitas are made with little to no consistency. Ive ordered the Texas Fajitas 5 or more times, and every time is a little different. The differences range from stringy meat with over-cooked vegetables to plump meat cuts and correctly cooked vegetables.

Me and my wife recently relocated to the richmond area and left our favorite mexican resturant behind in maryland... We were delighted to find Mexico Resturant! Great food and drinks... Authentic enough atmosphere and very friendly people providing timely, yet not smothering service!

Plain, simple location...but the food was unbelievable! Fresh guacamole was the best I have had in years. Everything came out quick, hot & cooked to perfection. 6 people are for $100!!! I cant wait to go back

Really good Mexican food. I no longer live in the Richmond area, but I find myself getting the urge to make the 2+ hour commute just to eat there again! Maybe one day I will follow through with my urge. :)

Food pretty good and margarita was ok. Website misleading - Wednesday special was suppose to be $3.99 margaritas but they werent. $5.00 for a small glass. However, Happy Hour beer prices were great!

I stopped in last night for a bit of takeaway (1st time) and it was DELICIOUS!! I had the beef & pineapple tacos and a Californian burrito. Every bite was a delight!! Thank you!!

The margaritas are great! However, this is the second time Ive tried this restaurant and the food is very generic and bland. I will probably not go back unless its for drinks.

Tacos or carnitas were good. Enchiladas were Mmm???? Good. Mamas soupa thing was bland. (lot more than expected) Overall....good customer service, Just semi-good mexican food.

Quick, attentive service. Thats the only thing going for this place. Sub par food and quality. Watery salsa with the chips. Menu is misleading, especially for lunch. YMMV.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the greater RVA area. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and the food portions are huge! The Chori Pollo is AMAZING!
