Im sad to write this review as I have been a loyal customer for the 2+ years Ive been in Gainesville. My husband and I loved their food and always ordered and recommended them to friends but bad service is not to be tolerated so this is for all who care about good customer service. We ordered beef and green pepper which comes with white rice but we substituted the white rice for fried rice and she charged us $1.50 for it. When I opened the food, I saw they gave us white rice instead of the fried rice we paid for. I decided to call and alert them so that next time they are more careful. All I expected was an apology and not even a refund. Unfortunately the lady was rude and arguing with me while I was trying to explain so I hung up. If this is how they treat loyal customers then I dont want to support their business. Im sure my husband and I will find a better Chinese restaurant in the area

I stopped in after an event at the lube center. Really good, local place - magnitudes better than the "Chow Meow" available in DC. Service was ok, as the owner was so busy chatting with the other customers (all Chinese) that she didnt really pay attention to us. I got the Kung pao chicken, which was excellent and spicy. My gf ordered beef with snow peas, which was great - you know its good when the veggies are all crunchy and retain their individual flavor, even when theyre in a mix. I wont make a special trip out, but Ill def stop by when Im close.

This is probably the best chinese food in the area. I dont go there for their american chinese food, I go there for their secret menu dishes. In one week, me and the wife went there three times (dined in twice and got food delivered once). Prices are affordable and you get your moneys worth. I will be going here more often as I love their dumplings. The lady told me they only make the dumplings only on weekends and their food is always fresh.

I pay for Dinner Shrimp lo main togo they gave me a small bag and for that they charged me $32 dollars for just three plates. When I called, the person answered the phone she started to scream at me and hanged up on me. "she rushed" It was expensive food and I havent seen that in a Chinese restaurant and they had really bad customer Service. I am never coming back to this restaurant and now I understand why it was empty when I came in.

the only Chinese cuisine restaurant in the area that only serves Chinese, not 3 or 4 other cuisines as well. I find the food to be less expensive and better. Personal favorites are kung pao chicken, fried pork dumplings, sesame chicken, mu shu pork, hunan chicken and Singapore rice noodles. Very consistent. The eggrolls and spring rolls are just average. And they need the business, being a little off the main drag there.

Great food, always fresh. Not super greasy like other places. Once, we dined in and my baby (was not eating the food) got sick while we were there and they were so nice and helpful.They packed up our food no questions asked while I washed off my daughter in the restroom. I was so embarrassed but the lady kept saying , "No problem! Take baby home!" Not only is the food good but theyre also good people.

WOW. My wife and I moved here from Aldie, and we THOUGHT wed had some good Chinese delivery over there...not that we didnt, but THIS place puts our old spot to shame. EVERYTHING was nothing short of explicitly delicious. Im on the phone ordering more now as I type this review.

I am half Chinese and have had a hard time finding authentic Chinese food. My son found this hidden gem here in Gsinesville. I was shocked. Ive eaten at hundreds of Chinese Restaurants in Northern Va. This is tops. A++++. Highly recommend

Good food, good price, but bad service. The old lady seems angry and never smiles as if annoyed by the customer. Not a place to dine-in by for sure since you feel intimidated by the server.

The owner refused to serve us because our order was too small. There was nobody else in the place at lunch time on a Saturday. This place will be out of business soon!!!

I love their food!! Delivery sometimes can take forever! so plan for 45 min to get your food, but im totally okay with it because their food is delicious!!
