For a while I thought this place was nice despite the non chicken meats tasting totally bland and being too chewy. Today I ordered from them and it will be the LAST time. We were charged twice due to miscommunication on the phone I believe. Then I received two orange chickens when one was supposed to be Tsos. When I called to ask for the right thing to be delivered (something I usually would ignore but my fiance wanted to eat and doesnt like orange chicken) I was first met with "I know there was an order for Tsos put in." I put the order in buddy, you didnt get it right. His boss then told him he needed to tell us that they would do nothing but give a discount on our next order (Why would I order there again???) and when I asked how much it was a mere 10%. This is RIDICULOUS. If they get your order right, charge once, and you get chicken you might have a decent experience...

Cant really tell you how the food is because when I called I ended up getting hung up on 4 times! Man who was "taking" my order was extremely rude and just repeatedly hung up on me when I was trying to give my order. First time I was first informed of a 13 dollar delivery minimum so I was trying to add more to my order to reach that when I was hung up upon, when I called back he hung up when I started speaking. Following that I tried to call to speak to a manager and I was told "we wont serve you dont call here" and was hung up on again and forth time I mentioned I was just trying to order and was chastised with "what dont you understand about were busy? (was not mentioned prior at all) dont call here" and hung up again. So if theres some secret method to getting your order in then maybe Im missing it but I couldnt even place an order.

Absolutely disgusting food, the only thing that is worse is the staff! I called a half an hour before closing for a small to go order. Not only was the gentleman on the phone rude but when the delivery lady came to my door she very rudely said in Broken English " You call to late, dont call late again" behind an ugly broken toothed scowl. On top of that not 15 minutes after trying some of the food I abruptly vomited. Literally the worst experience I have ever had related too food. If this place doesnt get shut down the Health Department is missing something. Would give Negative Stars if I could, better off dumpster diving!

I called to place an order for myself and my coworkers and the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude. He was short tempered and he hung up before I could place the second order. When I called back, the same gentleman begang to yell at me saying that I was taking too long. Even though the good is good the service over the phone was undeniably the worse I have ever received. We should petition to the better business Bureau because this is not how we do customer service in the USA!

I will never call here again. I asked about a meal and the guy lost cool telling me they didnt have lemon chicken. I tried to tell him what I wanted and he yelled at me in another language and hung up. FREAKING WOW. so I called back and he yelled at me from the get get go and then hung up again. Outraged at this I called again. They must have caller ID cause he picked up and cursed me out this time in english. No chance to talk to a manager here. STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!

I will never go to this place again. The man at the counter was very disrespectful to me. He told my mom that she talks too much when she asked him why he was so angry & then she had to snap back at him & say thats not how you treat the customers that bring you all this money you dont deserve. I also, went in one time & he threw my food in a cardboard box that had the word soap written on it that once contained a number of bars of soap from a warehouse .

China Gourmet has the best tasting food. I usually get mine delivered and the service is always fast, friendly, and at a great price. This is the only Chinese restaurant that I order from and all my food is consistently tasty, fresh, and always hot when they bring it to my door. Thanks, China Gourmet!
