Went here on a Sunday afternoon with my toddler and 1 year old who has some serious food allergies. I asked what what allergen friendly expecting to be given an allergen menu so that I could see what was safe to order him. Instead was told by the cashier that there was nothing he could eat. I know for a fact this is incorrect as there are a few different breads he can eat. I asked if she was sure.. she pretended to look at some papers and said yep..nothing. I was furious and if I had not promised my toddler a treat we would have just walked out. Later I ordered a bagel for my husband and I. It took over 15 minutes to get them. I am sorry but cutting and toasting a bagel should take no more than 5 min. I am still trying to learn how to navigate life with a child with allergies, but we are trying to let him have. Ana or lady life and eat out every one in a while. This Panera is the first place that has refused to try to help me find something he can eat, and just brushed my request off as if I was a bother to them. So I guess I wont bother to spend my money here.

Fantastic customer service! While visiting the Fairfax area with a traveling soccer team from North Carolina, we called this Panera location to place a catering order to be delivered to the fields. The manager was wonderful! He bent over backwards to accommodate all of our needs!! He took each individual, very specific order over the phone (22 orders) and got every one perfect! And we have some very picky eaters! All the employees I spoke with were so kind and ready to help us! I highly recommend this Panera location!!

Once again they messed up my order. I either get part of an order or a partially cooked or not cooked at all meal. Tired of these idiots. Apparently Im supposed to pull out each meanin front of them and check to make sure its all been cooked. Apparently spending $40 for two adults and two kids to eat uncooked food, is doing me a favor. A waste of money and terrible service!! Were done loding money on food at Panera.

The sandwich was good and served correctly for the most part. I gave 3 stars because the service was not that great. Cashier barely greeted me, didnt smile at all or anything welcoming. Even when I gave a tip, she didnt even say thank you like other cashiers at other locations. I asked for no pickle spear and she didnt notify the servers. I had to tell them personally. Safe to say I wont return.

The Restraunt is amazing for lunch and the person who took my order was very polite and asked for her name and it was Betty chamul. I ordered some grilled cheese and did homework and The restraunt was clean and can get busy at times but this place is recommend for lunch and at the night its a place where its barely busy. Great place to me.

What do you expect to get when you go into a bakery that sells bagels? Bagels. Wrong, not here. Almost every time I come here after 8:00am customers are greeted with empty bagel baskets and the same response of "were all out of bagels but well have more in the afternoon". Ha?? Enough said.

Good food at reasonable price. Is very crowded at lunch (and after the high school kids dump into there after school lets out) but they are pretty efficient at moving people along, but dont expect a seat. They could clean the seating area more often, though.

I dont eat at Panera much, but the food is great and this specific one feels really comfortable. If you get a nice table next to the window and theres sun shining through, expect to sit there for a while because you wont be able to leave.

I got my food fast and it was what I ordered, but it was way overly crowded. I was practically sitting at the table with 20 other people and couldnt enjoy my conversations both of the times I were there.

I went here today (Saturday) found a roach, I ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini and they didnt make it with the panini bread. They made it with the sandwich bread.
