Horrible costumer service 12/26/2016. I ordered a Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich with a small potato soup at 4:20pm. Thirty minutes after realizing that my meal had not arrived, a person whom, I assume was the manager came and told me that the table devices were giving problems and that my meal would be out shortly. I simply thought nothing of it and continued a deep conversation with one of my friends. However, forty-five minutes later, my meal had still not arrived and I asked, the person who appeared to be in charge how much longer it was going to take. Instead of giving an apology for poor service and/or recommending something to hold my friend and I until our meal got there, he asked for a receipt in such a way, as if, I had not paid for a meal. This was very embarrassing. My friend had saw that I had paid and received your device to place on my table directly after ordering. Furthermore, he told me that it was my responsibility to go up and ask about my meal earlier and then quickly left. Luckily, the man who took my order was still working and I went straight to him with my device and told him the problem. This entry level worker at the register took charge of the situation and made sure that I received my meal. He is the only reason I even considered a single star. #Deplorable

Reston Location: Note: This Panera does not validate for parking. Grabbed some breakfast after a work meeting with my boss. The cashier was polite. She had a little trouble figuring out the Panera reward card, but got it eventually. The food was brought to the table quickly and was hot. I got dark roast coffee, but when to refill and they were out, so I switched to the light roast. Not a big deal. My breakfast sandwich was fine. The eggs were a little flavorless, but the bacon and cheese were good. My boss got the steel cut oatmeal which looked good. He didnt comment on the flavor though. Overall, quick and easy place to grab a light breakfast with coffee. Nothing special though.

Pretty much the only thing I buy at Panera Bread these days is the egg souffles, which is sad for me because they never have them at this location or the Herndon one. The Reston location even has a sign up saying they make them til 11, which is a total lie. They dont even have them at 9. Its like they make 5 of each variety as soon as they open and then its over for anyone whos not already there waiting in line for one. Im not wasting my time driving over there, and Im not getting up at 7 or earlier on a Saturday just to be one of the fortunate few who actually get one. I will just start making them at home.

I never post reviews but out of the 4 times I have ordered from this particular location, my order has been late 3 times and wrong twice. No courtesy call or email, but they will take your money pretty quickly. I eat at panera all of the time and have never had an issue until I started coming to this location (which in near my job and delivery should be super convenient for my 30 min lunch break). I ordered my food at 11:00am for my food to be here between 11:40 and 11:55. It is now 12:15 and Im 15mins into my break with no food. Lol needless to say 4 times a charm, never eating at this location again!

5bucks for a cranberry turkey flat bread is NOT worth it!!! I had four small pieces of turkey and five (count them... Five) little cranberries I had to dig to find, and no sauce with a bunch of spinach thrown on top. When I asked an employee they said "well the flatbreads are smaller then the sandwiches". Then why am I paying the same, panera?

I am amazed by how quick their service is. I order rapid pick up from this location several times a week and has never been disappointed by their service. They can focus a little more on preparation of food though. Seems like they just throw all the stuff on the bread and pack it right away. Its a bit messy when you open up your food.

The service was pretty fast and friendly. They have free wi-fi but sit near the front of the restaurant if you want a good to very good connection. The food was consistent with other Panera bread stores. The coffee was not as good as some I have been to but it was slightly above average coffee.

I love Paneras food, but I definitely think they are overpriced. Once you buy a meal plus a simple fountain drink, the total is usually over $10! The quality of their food is not THAT good, in my opinion. I tend to get the chicken noodle soup because it is cheaper than their sandwiches.

**Stay away from the steak & cheese sandwich!** It tastes like vomit, the bread is toasted to hell and its $10 for an inedible nasty thing. If you go there just get a bagel, the people who work there arent chefs, and dont know anything about food.

Sandwiches arent as great as potbelly and their salads arent as good as SweetGreen, on the other hand, you can get both at one place, and their dessert pastries are pretty good. Plenty of seating despite a crazy long line at lunch.

MM, really good food. Price is worth it and comparable with other locations in Reston Town Center. It does seem that when they have more then 3 people in line they start to freeze up and take forever to even process one person.

Great menu and generally friendly service. I find they are often unable to handle the regularly high volume of customers at this location. Paneras "free" WiFi is often unusable and much slower than other restaurants.

When you order a 16 oz iced chai latte and they give you a 20 oz. then you ask nicely if you can have what you ordered, and they give you an iced mocha. So much for paying for things and not getting what you want.

I stopped by one morning for breakfast. Service and Selection were great. The environment is clean and friendly as well. Great for lunch or breakfast in convenient Reston Town Center.
