The last 2 times Ive been to Culpeper Chick-fil-A we have received below standard service. Very busy one morning, young man at the counter by himself . No one helping him. Line out the door. I asked another female employee for a tea refill. She gave me attitude. One of the things that makes chick Fila stand out is their customer service. I watched today the 2 female workers call the people to the counter to pick up their food. Most of the people that were picking up their food were older and feeble. And had difficulty managing the trays of food. Every chick Fila I have been to bring it to the table as a part of their customer service experience. BTW, the young lady hollered across the room for me to pick up my food from the counter. I am appalled at the service and expect so much more respect, and service for the elderly who play bingo there in the mornings

it was very very very very very very very very excelenttttttttttttttttttttt i would gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo back. not better than long john silvers. the chicken talked back to me after i took a bite. it was not happy. AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I AM A MAN ON A MISSION AND I WILL EAT ALL CHICKEN THEY CALL ME CHICKEN GOD 2 CHAIINNNZZZ I GOT BEAT UP BY ONE OF THE KIDS IN THE PLAYROOM. after he did i called him a poopy head bully who needs to dieeeeeeeeeeeeee. the chik-fil a sauce was speaking naughty terms in my hear. but total turn on. THE CHICKEN WAS ROTTEN BUT I ATE IT UP ANYWAY BECAUSE IT DOESNT BOTHER ME I AM HOMELESS ANGRY boiii

This is your typical Chick-fil-A... consistently good food, super friendly service, and fairly fast drive through. It is a very, very busy location during lunchtime and also the drive-time dinner hours, so plan accordingly. What is nice about this location is that they put order takers outside during those busy times, and also put a cashier out there too (weather allowing). By the time you get to the pick-up window, all you have to do is grab the food and go. Excellent process! This chain does a great job of selecting staff here as they are always upbeat and friendly. Nice location. Great food. Will be back often.

We eat here pretty much on a weekly basis due to the convenience factor and drive thru. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The food is always hot and delivered quickly. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it seems lately when I order any of the fried chicken sandwiches the pickles are not on the sandwich. It seems the quality control is lacking in the assembly line as the pickle person is not placing the pickles on the sandwiches.

The waffle fries delicate amount of salt made my mouth water and the ability to dip or squeeze my ketchup made me very happy. The vanilla milkshake, tactfully ordered without whip cream or a cherry, was handmade and delivered right to the table, with a straw added in afterwards for good measure. Very polite people. I love THIS place they really try hard to make sure my order is correct before the let me have it. Customer satisfaction is theyre goal and I love the fact that they let theyre employees off on Sundays. The food is always hot, and Good! Love the shakes too!

Great food and it must be owners trying to make a billion dollars, chicken is one of the cheapest meats and their going to charge you 6$ for a sandwich???!! Im confused when I can go down the road and feed family for their prices at the Golden arches.

Though a long line, it moved quickly in the drive thru. Also, I got cheese on my sandwich and it was oozy and melting. It was all fresh and tasted great. The employees were friendly too!
