This place is horrible. You ask for extra cheese and they still dont cover the pizza with cheese and leave bare spots on the pizza even though you paid for extra cheese. Pizza was crushed and incorrect. They said they would reimburse us, and never did. Wasnt worth the headache of fighting with them. There are 8 pizza joints in culpeper, I will go with 7 others before I use them again.

Corporate needs to purge this restaurant of its staff and replace them more efficient ones. This place is all around bad. If I have to call 4-5 times before you pickup, youre not doing your job. Its even worse if you actually want to dine in. Just go to Petes Pizza if you want awesome service and amazing pizza, not this joke of a restaurant.

Ive been there three times. The food is really bad. The spaghetti my daughter ordered was all dried out, like it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken wings I got had been microwaved, - which is fine, I know its fast food - but two of them were freezing cold, so at least microwave them thoroughly.

20 minutes before drink ordered, been waiting an hour and 15 minutes and still no pizza. Placed order again. Couple comes in 30 minutes after us, they were seated served and ate in 30 minutes, WTF! My first time at this location and will definitely be my last.

The only downfall Ive experienced with them is their phone service. Aside from that, the employees are always very polite and personable. Whenever an order is incorrect, whether it be in-restaurant or delivery, they are more than willing to fix it for you.

I love their stuff pizza, its always hot. I just dont like the fact that they stop serving pitcher of beer, now they sell bottles... what happen to the music collection they used to have???? Thats one thing I remember as a child..

Horrible customer service. Pizza wasnt cooked all the way and just fell apart. Waitress was terrible and manager smelt like cigarettes... Wont be coming back!
