Took almost 3 hours to get a pizza, pizza was wrong, cold, hard as rock and all slid to one side of the box. Have called 16 times and still no satisfaction. Can other get in touch with the store in Wva keep getting sent to Los Angeles call center. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Nasty pizza.

Pizza was decent. Weve had bad experiences with this pizza hut before. They messed our order up and almost didnt fix it. They forgot toppings the second time. This recent experience they neglected to cut the pizzas. They pay you to do your jobs correctly not stand around and talk and do a half ass job.

Terrible service - waited 30 minutes for a personal pan pizza which I was told would take 15 minutes and observed the operation while waiting...people moved between handling cash and food prep - disgusting. Never again. AND no apologies for the double the wait time. Abysmal service.

The pizza was good but the driver pulled the ol "I only have a $5" when he owed me $15. I always tip and dont really care for people to assume otherwise. We rarely order Pizza Hut, anyway.
