I have decided to not even go to this particular chipotle anymore. I have had three horrible experiences here and decided to call it quits. I am still nursing my son and he is extreamly allergic to dairy. I asked for guacamole in my bowl and as anyone who frequents chipotle knows cheese gets in the guacamole all the time because they are right next to eachother so I said "my son is very allergic to dairy I have to make sure there is absolutely no cheese in it would you mind getting it from a fresh container" the male employee proceeds to stare at the guacamole then scoops it out and plops it in the bowl. I stared at him thinking maybe he Didnt hear me and I said "I really need there to not be any cheese in it" and he says I looked there isnt. Call me crazy but if a piece of white shredded cheese gets covered in guacamole you cant see it. I made a very anxious/ annoyed face to which he repeated in a very defensive high pitched tone "I Made sure there was no cheese!!!" I proceeded to pay 2$ for the guacamole on my bowl then stopped at the trash can to scoop it off. I am an avid fan of chipotle and have visited them in many cities and states. This is the only one I have ever had poor experiences at. Dont waste your money here drive up to Winchester.

Just opened Sunday 11/15/15, let me just say AMAZING. I have been a long time Chipotle fan, however when I came from MD to go to WVU over at Morgantown, there was no Chipotle for 2.5 hours (no one likes Pitt there). It was a hard life having to make 5 hour trips just to get lunch and eventually I failed out of school from missing so much class... However I had my priorities clearly in order, because after graduating, I moved into Martinsburg; only to find out that a Chipotle was on the way! I have now waited patiently for 10 months visiting about once or twice a day, just to see the progress. I even came one day early while the employees were practicing, I wasnt allowed to order, however I just stood in the window watching. After waiting so long and dedicating so much of my life to Chipotle (and actually not eating it for a few days so I was having widthdraw), the pilgrimage to this epic burrito Mecca was finally completed last night. Thank you Chipotle, for completing my life.

Literally the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. The portions here are ridiculous a half scoop of rice and maybe a half scoop of net if Im being generous with my wording. So not only was my food not equal to that of other stores the cashier was terrible yelling at me if I wanted anything else while there were still customers right in front of her not even done paying. I can understand trying to hurry if its busy but there was literally no one there. Not to mention how dirty it was! Eww I instantly regretted my lunch choices and wish I went somewhere else. They should work on the cleanliness of their store; food all over the floor and tables not a clean place to sit. I took my food to my car and ate. Terrible terrible experience

Counter person was very short and discourteous. The line was not long, only two behind us but she was in such a hurry to get through with us she tried to skip past my two other family members, then acted impatient and troubled when we made a special request to alter a kids meal for a gluten and dairy sensitive child. I ended up having to order a more expensive adult meal for her because the worker was unwilling to make a taco bowl with no tortillas for a child who could only eat a small portion. I feel it was terrible customer service. No other chipolte weve requested substitutions from for food allergies has been so unaccomodating.

Food is good but they have had issues in the past with their credit card system being compromised, as reported by multiple news outlets. Buyer beware dont use credit or debit here. Gave them another try with cash this time, charge me 28.00 for two bowls. When I asked why it was so much they had charged for items I had not ordered, nor were these items in my bag. Buyer beware they will charge you for items you havent ordered. When I demanded a refund they told me it had been put back on my card, when I paid with cash. Lowered score for attempting to scam me. Will not be eating here again !!

My friend and I both got double stake and we both got very sick. It also was all fat in it, Ive never had that issue with chipotle! But we both have food poisoning and we got it Sunday night. The service was good but like I said we order double stake, and he got the borrito and I got the borrito bowl.

Place is a rip! I got not even a whole spoon of chicken.Girl at register rang me up as xtra chicken a 2.25 upcharge.i said i never got extra chicken she just handed me my bag and said have a nice day with a smirk.i had company shirt on or i would of made more of a deal about it.But thats BS.

Service was good, people were friendly. Only thing that dropped this for me is because it was the first Chipotle Ive been to where the guacamole was browned... avocados do tend to brown quick so its not a biggie but I figure theres a better method to maintain the look of freshness.

The food was lacking any Chipotle flavor. And its November, the AC shouldnt be on. Our family ate with our coats and hoods on. I understand the kitchen gets hot, but that is part of the job (we have all been there when it comes to working in a restaurant)

Foods not bad, service could be better at times but hey, its a popular fast food joint. Not to mention they are inconsistent with the portions. We noticed that it depends on who is serving the line depends on how the good is mounded on there lol

My experience at the Chipotle Restaurant in Martinsburg, WV is best described as magical. Despite the long line, the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered a carnitas burrito, with guac and all the accoutrements. Delicious as always.

Ive been coming to the one in Winchester for more than 5 years, so glad they finally put one closer to home. Massive portions at a reasonable price and very fresh food! Outdoor patio has ample seating and umbrellas in case its too sunny.

I went in for lunch on a Friday at noon. I blew through line, and they were gracious with their portions. It was clean inside which is always a good thing. I hope that they keep service & cleanliness at this high level.

Chipotle is pretty much the same where ever you are, and this one is no different. If you dont want to deal with trying to find a parking spot downtown for Habanero, this is your next best burrito option.

Food was great! But they didnt offer the drink selection Im accustomed to. But that only personally detracts from the score. Still an awesome place to eat and will be coming here frequently.
