Awful bartender. Not sure if its a race thing, but the bearded bartender skipped over me several times when attempting to get a drink. At one point, pointed around the bar to ensure everyone was good and completely ignored me (I waited about 10 mins, wallet in hand and was the only one without a drink). My buddy was went to the other side of the bar (maybe I was in a bad place?) And as he went to order, the bartender ignored him and proceeded to take the order from the woman behind him and then said "sorry, I didnt see you". Will never go back here again. Definitely not friendly to people outside their kind. I must saw, the waitresses at the table were nice, hence the 2 stars, but will not go back.

Small Irish themed pub. The shepherds pie was quite delicious, but I wasnt impressed with the rest of the menu. They have some of your standard British Isles favorites like Guinness, Boddingtons, Murphys and Smithwicks, but otherwise, the beer selection was disappointing. Having lived in Chicago and also attended Notre Dame, my standards are abnormally high. That said, I give them credit for being the most authentic of the Irish pubs in the area.

Never had a bad night. Great music, food, and a good selection the best of the beers from the British Isles. The bartenders know how to pour a Guinness, and exactly when to ask you when want another to ensure you never have an empty or foamy pint.

Finally!.....a great Irish pub in Cville!....food was spectacular!....spot on Irish! Every draught beer from the green Isle and a fine selection of Irish whiskey. Great atmosphere and live music! Great for families too!

Perfect pub atmosphere, beer and menu. All items we tried were fantastic. Since its further away from the university it is a lot more low key.
