Horrible. Bartenders need some work. Joke of a staff. Tipped him $7 on a $28, 4 drink special. You took 4 cups from a stack of cups. You put some ice in each cup. You poured some gnarly vodka in each cup. You then opened an energy drink. You haphazardly poured the drink between the 4 cups. I gave you $7 tip. It took you 2 minutes. If you did this every time for an hour you would make $210 in tips. Maybe its only $4. Now you make $120 in tips. My dentist doesnt make $120. Then when I returned to get a beer from you and gave you $3 for the $3 beer which took you all of 4 seconds to open and process, you complained, waved my 3 dollar bills in the air and presumed to make a scene for not getting a dollar - like a child in a candy store. Disrespectful. Not my fault you dont have a real career and youre stuck pouring drinks for college kids who laugh at you, but have some decency and remember your customers. Cant wait to order a $40 tab next time, all custom drinks, and forget to tip - gonna smile so big! And move it - too slow. Get some kids behind the bar who have some respect and move their feet. You look like Chelsea behind the counter. Now regarding the actual business, logistics is the problem. Prepare to wait 9 hours for a drink because the bartenders move too slow. Understaffed on weekends. Warm beers. Too crowded -- should have setup an outside bar for beers and cash only. You probably have a decent margin on bottled domestic beers at $3 per, but you cant keep the people moving enough to sell them.

Dont go here if you are Latino!! Waiter was rude to my nephew and husband and ignored them to wait on other Clients.once he served them he handed them the bill due with order . Due to bad service they did not leave him a tip so he called security on them when they asked why no reason was given. The cop who watches outside said to my husband its the rules no reason given. The cop was real Nice to them. And told them just go somewhere else.To bad the waiter was not.

London Bridge Pub has an obvious theme of London, England with photos and objects that make the place seem more like a tourist London bar rather than something authentic. Still, besides that, the place has a great looking bar and plenty of beer taps. Theres outdoor seating out back away from the street life so large groups that want to drink al fresco should try this place out. Its a good alternative to the typically busy bars in downtown.

Would not bother going...Unless you need to watch a soccer match. But seriously having a soccer friend stream games on TV with NBC sports app or some other means is better. Maybe you will get somewhat satisfactory service here, but far to often it is rude, rude and they dont honor drink specials on certain nights. So call ahead if you go here. Always. Place is dirty, college dorm with 4 other rugby guys was better.

I recently had a chance to visit the London Bridge Pub and had an enjoyable time. I attended a local Cause for Paws event and was pleasantly impressed with the service. They have a great drink selection including local brews and mainstream beers. Only two areas where I personally think they could improve is by offering some bar food and Wifi for their patrons. Ill be back to enjoy a cold beverage in the future!

The wife and I were in Raleigh for a couple of days and happened upon this English pub while walking around the downtown area. We watched a Liverpool game there. A framed Gerrard jersey is on the wall along with other LFC items. This is the place in the Triangle area for Reds fans. A shout-out to Mike, who was very welcoming, even if we were from Charlotte. {chuckles}

I love this pub. The owners are fantastic people. I moved to Raleigh a year ago and this has become my favorite bar in town because of the atmosphere and outstanding, friendly owners. Come here if you are looking to watch soccer (especially Liverpool FC or US National Soccer teams), or if you just want to have a good time hanging out and drinking with locals.

Great place to hang out for drinks with friends. If your a soccer can, great bar for it. Its has a great atmosphere during game.es. Plenty of fans, cheering, drinking, having fun. Night time, they have both bar area and a small dance area set up. Music selection is great.

Pretty authentic feeling pub. Nice outdoor seating (could use a fan for the hot summer days/nights). Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Beer selection was average, but they did have some nice European drafts on tap.

The air conditioning provided relief from the humid, summer air. The bartender provided an excellently executed vodka on the rocks with a splash of olive juice. Pleasant atmosphere. Congenial crowd.

Good outside space, fun place to watch soccer matches. Gets clubby and packed late night, but outside usually isnt too crowded. Connected to the bar next door too.
