Selection of tanks, mods, and RDAs was minimal, and poor at best. Staff didnt seem to have any desire to keep up with the ever growing technology in the vaping industry, despite (what the employee exclaimed to be) a booming influx of business. Employee also gave me misinformation, about compatibility of coils for the SMOK TFV family, claiming TFV12 coils were compatible with TFV8 tank. Myself being a devoted SMOK consumer (owning a SMOK G-Priv, TFV4 Micro, TFV4, TFV8, AND TFV12) I went to my car to see if (this newly obtained knowledge) was true. Brought both TFV8 and TFV12 into the store, and attempting swapping the coils. Of course, as I thought, they are not compatible / backwards compatible. This whole thing came about because I had asked if they would be getting the TFV12, she exclaimed that they would not be getting the 12, just the coils because they ARE the same as the 8 and would work in both, which I proved is not true. If I had been a novice and bought T12 coils for my TFV8 and got home to realize they are not the same, I would have been less than unhappy. All of this is very disappointing considering their location in Spotsylvania, VA is very knowledgeable about vapor products and had (as I remember) a very good selection. Very unsatisfied with the inability to keep up with the times, in this ever growing and evolving industry. Store definitely needs an overhaul and certainly some training for the employees.

Such an amazing vape shop! Bill and Lynn are extremely knowledgeable and fight hard for advocatcy! Chris & Vanessa are amazing as well on any thing you throw at them! The hous juice is better than most top name juice and they even dedicated a juice after me! Its called "Its Bateman" an has a light cinnamon and custard inhale with a strawberry milk and creme exhale! Their selection is outstanding from tanks, RBAs, RTAs, mods, or even the top of the line juice from other accredited companies in the vape industry! If youre in the Richmond, Virginia or Spotsylvania area its a must you go an check them out the hospitality is out of this world and you dont feel judged asking certain questions like how other vape shops treat you!

Very rude. Called on the phone to ask a few questions, and the person seemed very uninterested in answering ANYTHING. And when I asked what price range I was looking at to purchase 60 ml, wouldnt even give me a ball park. "The company has a policy where were not allowed to give prices over the phone." Well, sorry buddy. Im in an 18 wheeler and gotta find a place to park this beast in order to do business with you. If you dont want my business, Ill gladly take it elsewhere. To those of you who arent, just to be fair, I do NOT know what these people are like in person, so take my review with a grain of salt. But this was my experience, and it was just on the phone.

Wasnt impressed. Employees didnt want to advertise different flavors, store almost seems empty. Their prices are the same as premium pre steeped juice available at more popular stores nearby. They mix the flavors on the spot, like its some kind of special service to provide non steeped juice. The juice I purchased wasnt very good, but probably would have if it was made a week or two in advance. Their model and presentation in combination with their prices is confusing. The way they obviously cut costs is clearly efficient, but without passing those savings to the customers, youre left with a shell of an incomplete idea or business model.
