Well, you shouldnt expect much from restaurant sharing its roof with a street laundromat, huh ? However, we saw a white tablecloth and well-dressed waiters through the window and decided to stay - that obviously was a mistake. 1. Smell. Yes, that was probably some seafood cooking but what about ventilation ? This was really disgusting, we asked to be seated somewhere further away from the kitchen - smell became tolerable but did not disappear completely. 2. Food. Blend of Northern Italian and French Cuisine, ha-ha. Including fresh out-of-the bag peeled baby carrots as a seafood garnish. Nothing special, nothing interesting. 3. Service. Tolerable. Waitress forgot to bring an ordered drink, guy with a cheese mill strew some on the table said sorry and left it as it is. Definitely wasnt worth $70 spend

I and my family have really enjoyed this place for a two years. Wendy does a terrific job running this restaurantt. The staff from the people who seat you to Palma really try hard. My only complaint with this place is what they were with the entries. It is always the same potato and vegetable. The salad needs to have vegetables added to it too and not just lettuce. Great deserts, veal, and great fish meals. Overall though it as very good restaurant and I would recommend it to anyone.

I read the reviews and went with my wife and mother in law to have dinner last night. The food was bad, my wifes capellini with tomato sauce were inedible, the worst I have tasted. The tortellini were ok, my fish, so so. Very bad iced tea. Service, bad. The waiter, after my protest about the capellini, did not charge me for them. He just saved his 20% tip with his gesture. I do not recommend this joint.

I remember it as delicious! I havent lived in the area since 1999 however, I remember having several business luncheons at Tempo and ALWAYS ordered the tricolor baked tortellini. It was phenomenal!! I often tell people here in Florida that the best Italian meal Ive ever had was at Tempo (I am Italian, by the way). :)

After reading other reviews, we ventured in and the inside was warm and chic environment. The food deserving of 5 stars right down to the kahlua cheesecake. The service was impeccable. Its obvious the owner takes a great sense of pride in the cleanliness, service and meal preparation. Good neighborhood find!

On the spur of the moment we lunched at the Tempo. The salmon made a fine presentation, the crab soup was super, and the caesar salad delicious. Were new to the area and were delighted to discover this lovely restaurant with tablecloths, cloth napkins, water and wine glasses at reasonable prices. . .

Tempo is almost always a wonderful evening. The food, especially the seafood, is consistently good and the specials are usually a delight. The staff is courteous, fun and willing to participate in your evening as much or as little as you want them to. You really cant go wrong with Tempo.

I have never had a bad meal here. Is it the most modern menu? No. But it tastes pretty good. Is the clientele older? Yes, but theyre not pushing up daisies. Desserts are tasty. Service is fine. Not overpriced. Have been here half a dozen times in the past year, and will go back.

most of the time, the food is great. unfortunately, it isnt consistent. while weve never had a bad meal here, once in a while, it is pretty good, but not great. chef have a day off? not our problem. the fact that we keep coming back means it isnt average enough to worry about.

Our waitress was badly dressed and may have been "on something". Messy 80s eyeshadow and skin-tight clothing, barely covered her belly - and I do mean BELLY! Pasta tasted cheap, may have been VELVEETA cheese! We were grossed out. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Lunch, soft shell crab for me, my daughter had an angel hair pasta special. Superb! I do not like pasta but this was a wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My daughter had to go to work and I have had her leftovers hope she isnt mad at me

They have great Tuesday deals, the food is usually enjoyable classic dishes. Yes it attracts an older crowd but the decor is cute and the quaint atmosphere is perfect for a conversational date. Bon Appetit!
