Thanks for a wonderful dinner on Saturday. I took my wife out for a birthday dinner. She had the spaghetti and meatballs, her favorite, and I had the sausage gnocchi, which was exquisite. In an area so full of restaurants serving amazing food, the delicately flavored, perfectly portioned dishes at your establishment really make it stand out among the rest. What set the night over the top, however, was the quality of experience provided by your staff. Alex was our server and he was so attentive and professional, as were the other staff who kept our water glasses full and delivered our bread (oh my goodness, that butter spread!) and the appetizer, the mushroom bruschetta. Our main course took a little longer than usual, but we never felt forgotten or abandoned; in fact we hardly noticed. There are many restaurants in Vermont that get the food right but struggle when it comes to service. You should be very proud of everyone who makes your restaurant one of our favorite places in Burlington.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Pascolos tonight, our first time visiting, and the food was outstanding. We started off with Scamorza served warm and succulent. Hot Bread was brought to the table which seemed to have a faint taste of lemon and served with a garlic creamed butter. Then we had eggplant parmigiana which had a thin layer of ricotta between the slices...totally delish! And we had chicken parmigiana with perfectly cooked spaghetti and plenty of mazzarella. Every single item we had was top notch freshness and cooked to order. It couldnt have been a better experience and its our new go to restaurant in Burlington VT!! And I couldnt end this review without mentioning the excellent and hard working staff there. Everybody, even the staff that werent our servers made us feel so welcome. It was wonderful.

Ive had diner here once during restaurant week and it was amazing. Everything we ate was delicious and so fresh tasting. I also rented out the side room with a friend for a party and it was the perfect venue. However there definitely should have been two servers for 40 people. The drinks ended up coming out super slow because one poor girl, who wasnt normally a cocktail waitress, was trying to serve everyone. She did a great job for the task at hand, and it was not her fault the restaurant didnt schedule more people to help. It did not at all hamper anyones good time.

Had our pizza come out wrong - we ended up having to pick off the toppings we had asked not to be on there. When we informed our server they tried giving us free desert rather than properly comping us for their screw up. I rarely eat deserts and we needed to hit the road. Food was decent but seemed overpriced for the quality. Rather small selection as well. Disappointed - theres another Italian pizzeria that looks great in town. I wouldnt bother with this place.

The Foccacia served before the meal was my favorite part. I ordered the braised beef ravioli. It was undercooked, tasteless and ill portioned. My date had a creamy pasta dish which was also bland and uninspired. The pretentious "Farm to table" fad is wearing thin. I dont if you want to tell me the name of my meatballs, I just expect them to taste good. The Farmhouse group should stick to what they do best, Meat.

Would give 3 stars were it not for the atmosphere of the place. It used to be a restaurant called Three Tomatoes, which had a few locations throughout the state that sadly all closed down. Food is good, albeit slightly expensive. But, thats to be expected if you want good Italian. This establishment is located underneath Church Street and has a very intimate, almost cozy vibe to it while still feeling formal.

Really good food. It was quiet... but even though there werent a lot of people like at all, we still had like 10 minute wait for seats which was strange. Kind of the pricey side, but worth t nevertheless. If youre a college student, this is three dollars signs not two. I got pasta with two meatballs.. thats was 17 dollars. I was a little stressed.

What a find on my last night in Burlington! Home made pasta cooked to perfection (al dente, if course!) Beef shoulder nice and tender with the sweetest and tastiest carrots over had in many many years. Tiramusu thats not too sweet, and nice and light. Oh, and top notch service, even sat in the bar area. Loved this place!

First time in Burlington from Florida. Great ambiance, food was delicious! Great service. I counted 5 different people who offered some kind of service to our particular table. Andrea, our waitress, was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and very personable. Loved our experience. Thank you!!

To die for. Had the wood fire baked pizza, and it was incredible. Its expensive, but absolutely one of the very best fanciest restaurants. The staff are nice and pleasant as well, and they are well educated when it comes to the food the kitchen makes. I didnt have to wait for any answers.

I ordered the Sausage Lasagna. It was average at best. Dry, bland flavor and just non-impressive. Sorry. I tasted a piece of pizza that my travel partner had ordered... I will have to say that it was pretty authentic and definitely was full of flavor and the crust was excellent.

This basement restaurant makes many dishes from scratch and has a more authentic feel to it than others Italian restaurants in the area. Its my first choice for food while walking Church Street. Try the bolognese pasta entree with a carafe of house wine!

Outstanding meal last night with exceptional service - the wine selection continues to be interesting, the pasta was perfect, and the seafood was cooked to perfection, including the very fresh and tender calamari. Well done Pascolo!

Everything was amazing. The waitress was very helpful with helping me choose from the wine selection. We got the Italian sausage and gnocchi, a margherita pizza, and for desert gelato with apple and caramel. Everything was perfect.

No wonder there are no good reviews yet. You have to have a Google+ account to post. Who has a Google+ account? Anyway, this place was great. The service was very good. The eggplant parm was very good.

Great food and unique signature cocktails. Everything on the menu is delicious and the atmosphere is killer. Prices are a bit high for some items it seems, but an overall great place to eat.

Amazing! I love this place. Delicious Italian food. I got gnocchis and they were freshly made and by far the best gnocchis I have ever had. The bread was great too. Highly recommend.
