I went to this Panera almost everyday,for several months, mostly for breakfast items and the occasional lunch. Donna is my favorite employee but almost every employee is of exceptional quality. Very stable and caring crew that understand service and making customers feel important. Not once did I see or experience what is extremely common with sandwich making employees, a bad attitude or food that feels like they stuck their middle finger up at you with the way your food is made. I have been to several Paneras, but this is my favorite Vermont one!! Though the shelburne road one has an excellent manager and they are a close second. The town center/church St location is a far away distant third.

Ordering from Panera online is the easiest and most efficient method when placing an order for the office. The staff is friendly and very accommodating! Sometimes, the pick up time says it will be an hour, especially if we place a large order. However, if you call the restaurant the managers and staff are so accommodating and will get your order ready within 30 minutes. This staff is friendly and knows how to treat customers well.

Dirty place, food was marginal. Was tough to find a seat on a Sunday afternoon that wasnt dirty. When the congealed cheddar-broccoli soup came out, it looked like canned dog food and wasnt that good. The turkey avocado BLT half-sandwich was relatively good, but I cant believe I just paid nearly $11 (without drink) for a middle of the road meal. This location was dirtier than most Panera restaurants Ive been to. Skip this location.

Consistent quality for a good price. Their mailing list has been very unobtrusive with some good deals available to those who want to revisit, and for those who frequent the location. Ive had an incorrect order in the past and have brought it back to the counter. They correct any mistakes, within reason, and I had a wonderful completed sandwich to enjoy after that. Always love eating here when I have the chance.

Panera seems to be going down hill, this used to be my all time favorite place to eat! I used to come and get a half salad and half pasta and leave full! Now it seems like the porportions are cut in half... I leave still hungry after a $30 meal for two of us. We could have gone to a steak house for this price. Wont be coming back anytime soon!

By far my favorite Panera location in the area. The cashiers are always friendly. The food is always delicious and prices are fair. Ive recently discovered the rapid order app feature, which makes my visits super quick and stress-free - I totally appreciate this as the mom of a little baby.

I have been here multiple times, mostly for picking up online orders. The food quality is consistant, and the staff was mostly friendly. The only reason I deduct 1 star from the rating was they got my online order wrong twice in the short period time I dined here.
