Went to this store with my family to dine in, stood for 15 minutes before a waiter pointed us to a set. We where not walked to our set but pointed to sit in the back where there "might be a clean table" in the waiters own words, we where not given a menu to look at we waited for 15 minutes before having to get up and ask for to menu. over half the tables were uncleaned, the table we were given was sticky, I was told that it just the way the table feels. We waited another 30 minutes to order then went to the front and ordered our own food. The manager was cussing out the workers and yelling thought the store it was a awful experience Ill never go back. On top of that the pizza was burned and I had 4 hungry kids with me. We were given paper cups because table where not clean and they stated there were no more plastic cups. Had it not been my daughter birthday no way I would have stayed here to eat.

If I could rate it a half a star I would. I went there today to get take out because I figured Id try the stuffed crust pizza for $11.99, I havent eaten at Pizza Hut since I was a kid. So I went there and noticed the whole place only had two tables filled on a Saturday night! So I got my pizza and went home ( which I live about 25 min away) I just had the pizza and its lousy like anything. Very little to almost no cheese on the pizza at all!!! The breadsticks were way over cooked that the cheese was burnt. Then the wings werent that good at all. I will never ever go to Pizza Hut again. No wonder why there was almost nobody in the whole place on a Saturday night. Do not recommend this place at all. Wish I went somewhere else. I was expecting to have a good meal and a nice night and even other ppl that tried it too was unsatisfied and agreed it was horrible. Go somewhere else!!!!

Ive only been here twice and my order was a carry out both times. I just got off the phone from placing my order and the man who took my order was so polite and friendly and had such a great personality that I felt I had to share. Usually people just use comment boxes to complain, but I know lots of businesses reward their employees for outstanding service and happy customers, but that cant happen if people complain and hate on everyone and everything every chance they get... anyway..., So, Mr. Guy who took my order around 4:35p today, Thanks for being awesomely YOU!!

How do I begin with this place. First off the customer service was terrible. They gave me one number 9 when I ordered two number 9s, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, two 45s, one with cheese, and a large soda. Second, they killed my dog and used it in the all you can eat bar. It was terrible. They even had the nerve to serve it to me. Third, we were raided by the local bandits who not only took my pizza, but also my wife and kids. Its been three days and I have no idea where they are. Overall a great experience and I would go there again.

The food was amazing, until I found a bug on the crust of my pizza. The waitress said it was just a piece of burnt cheese. The last time I checked, burnt cheese doesnt have wings and legs. The waitress brought the plate into the back and later came back saying that the manager also said it was burnt cheese. Not once did I see the manager come out and even talk to my family and me. Usually in these situations, a manger comes out and addresses the situation. You could see flies flying arond in the kitchen area too. Sad, but I will not be returning.

The pizzas actually pretty good, however the wait for it is a bit too long. And their pretzel crust pizza is NOT pretzel crust, when i actually got the pizza, it was regular crust, coated in so much salt i had to take breaks between bites. If they actually had real pretzel crust, or maybe sped up, i would move the rating to a 4 or 5.

Well personally I like their food but they take so long to make your order. One time I ordered at 6:30 and they told me to wait for like 38 - 48 minutes and that was cool I waited for like 2 1/2 hours I mean I dont know why !!! it happens like Three or four times.

This place is dirty, and the service is outright bad. The table next to us sat dirty for the nearly 45min it took to get our food. The floor has a fair amount of garbage on it and the seats and table are sticky. Order it to go or avoid all together.

Terrible customer service. Avoiding ordering take out since they are likely to mess up the order. Delivery time is extremely slow. The whole restaurant seems to be a reflection of the incompetent, and lazy manager.

The worse service I have ever experienced. I guess when you have been there forever and people keep coming, you dont have to try. There are hundreds of other Pizza places in the area, so not a big deal.

They hosted my sons birthday. Very accommodating, helpful, and great food for eleven kids and accompanying adults. Would recommend to anybody. Employees went out of their way to help.

Always messes up the order. The drivers are disrespectful. Worst customer service you can ever experience. Asked for naked wings and got BBQ wings. No apology from the store.
