First off, Ive given this restaurant SEVERAL chances. Ever since new people have taken over my experience has not be the same!! The kid who answers the phone doesnt seem to care about what youre ordering, I always have to repeat myself at least 3 times. Theres even been a time where Ive been put on hold so long waiting to order that I hung up! Mind you you could tell the phone was sitting on the counter I could hear everything in the background! I spend $30 or better every time and tonight Im sitting here waiting 30 minutes because they didnt have change when they arrived! I didnt pay with a large bill and live not far away but yet Im waiting for my own money! So I called and the kid says hes out doing deliveries hes on his way! So Im waiting for MY money and hes out making other deliveries? Sandbar you have lost my business FOREVER! I will be sure to let anyone I know who frequents there about my experiences! !

This is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. The food was disgusting, soggy, and not cooked properly. When I called about my problem, they acted as if there isnt anything they could do about it. There response was, "If you dont want it soggy then you can come in and eat it". I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant, so if my food is no good, then nothing they delivery can be good. I requested to speak to a manager and had to wait an hour an a half until one got there, just for my problem to continue. I requested a refund for the order, and the manager asked for us to send the food back, which I did. After receiving the food at the restaurant the manager said the food was already eaten and he isnt going to give a refund for a 6$ salad. 6$ was worth more then a happy costumer who would continue to buy from them.

Eat Here! I found this through Google and am glad I did. The food and service were fantastic. The lady that served me was very nice and had a great sense of humor. When my fish and chips came out, I was pleasantly surprised with two very large fillets of fish that had been fried just after I ordered. The fries were equally good. They were battered in some way and were just delicious. The only bad thing about my experience is that I ate way too much. I will eat here again if I am back in town.

We went to this place because we found decent reviews of this place on yelp. It turns out the entire experience was disappointing and so unpleasant. The guy behind the counter never greeted us when we walked in and never said thanks when we left. He just didnt seem to be happy with his customers. BTW, the food was just so so and largely over priced.

I got there menu in my mailbox a few days ago I called for the first time to order and everything I orderd from there menu I was told they dont have and then ask if I had an old menu, so yea they cant even give you a proper menu to order from so how can you trust getting my order right that as the first and last time I go to them

Lunch combos are very reasonable, the seafood flavorful and impeccably fried. We got the shrimp and the scallop lunches and split them and they were perfect, the onion rings in that great thin-fried style where the crispy batter just peals off the onions. Pleasant picnic benches in the ocean breeze, quick friendly service.

Outdoor seating, great food, fast delivery, awesome people, all the ingredient that make up a great place to eat can be found at the SANDBAR!! The fried fish is my grandmas favorite. I, on the other hand, get something different each visit and have yet to be disappointed.

I love this place better than any other fast food restaurant is fresh and is delicious especially the cook is the best.. I hope it stays the same I wish they upgraded a little bit but the food is awesome fresh and delicious is better than any other places.

The shrimp are delicious, Huge, well prepared and inexpensive, Ive never eaten inside the establishment itself but even ordering take out the counter guy was friendly and professional. I would recommend this seafood to everyone.

Found this place April 3, 2007. The shrimp was awesome and the portion size huge. Then in December 2012, drove 5hrs out of the way on a road trip just to eat here again. Will return anytime Im even remotely close.

Fantastic food and unbelievable price for the portion. You will not be disapointed with the Sandbar. Lots of seafood places have closed recently but they are still going strong because of how they do their thing!

Horrible food service! Ordered a chicken cutlet and I wanted to add onions since it CLEARLY says on the menu it comes with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Didnt get what I ordered.
