I have always liked Harmons for my grocery trips, especially for their produce. However, my big mistake was trusting their bakery with the cake order for my sons first birthday. I placed the order a little over a week in advance for a cake to be used as a smash cake for his one year pictures (that I will have forever!) Unfortunately, when I went to go pick up my cake a half hour before his shoot, there was no cake to pick up, nor any record of my order being placed. I dont know why I was so surprised, since the lady who took my order really seemed like she probably had more important things to do than worry about anything I needed. The only reason Im giving this 2 stars (cause Id really like to give it negative 5) is because the lady who helped me really did try her hardest to make it right. She called another store by the photography studio to see if they could accommodate me, and when they couldnt she gave me a free cake the same size I ordered that was in the display case. Unfortunately, what I expected to leave with was a cute blue and green polka dot cake, and instead, I left with a chocolate cake with almost black chocolate icing that did not look like it was meant for a young boy at all (But better than nothing I guess). Luckily, Grandma pulled through and was able to find another cake at a different store that worked well enough. I definitely will not be ordering from their bakery again.

Tonight was by far the worst experience I have yet to have at any grocery store. I had a large cart of groceries. I pulled my reusable bags that I have already paid for out of the bottom of the cart, I one reusable bag, with 7 reusable bags stuffed inside. I got to the register, and I handed the checker the collection of bags. He looked at me and asked me if I paid for the reusable bags. I was caught off guard, but I responded with yes. He pulled a bag out of my collection and it happened to have a tag still on it. He asked again if I was sure that I bought my reusable bags. I repeated again that I had paid for the bags. He then responded with, "We ALWAYS take the tags off when we sell them." I asked if he was insinuating that I stole the bags. He said no. I asked why he continued to ask. He said because if you paid for them you wouldnt have the tags on the bags because we always remove them. I told him they were in fact paid for, and I dont inspect the bags to ensure the tags are removed. As we were having this conversation, I ended up bagging 90% my $175 dollar order. When I come to Harmons I am paying premium price. When I pay premium price I expect premium service. That was not the case tonight. I was harassed over 3 $0.75 bags. I easily spend $1,000 per month between groceries and gas at that store.... I wont be going back.

No sense of community! I was heartbroken by the ignorance & cruelty of the worker Cindy who yelled at Kearns Highschool football players for standing outside selling coupon books for their team fundraiser. The boys looked mortified & didnt know what to say or do. I mentioned to Cindy that I had seen others from the team there for weeks & it wasnt a problem before. She said the owner Paul had made a donation to another schools football team and didnt want the Kearns team at his store. What the heck?!?! I will no longer shop here because schools in Utah are wildly underfunded & they should have contacted the coaches or adult coordinators instead of attacking teenagers.

Went to get gas this morning at the harmons fuel pumps. And I was greeted by the older gentleman who was working the pumps I believe his name was ray Im not sure. He asked me how I was doing, and sparked up a nice conversation, then he proceeded to clean my windows and invited me to sit down as he would finish filling my car up with gas. This man definitely made my day. He went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for it. The past 2 years I have been going there for gas I have never been treated as great as I was today and I really appreciate his Great customer service!

The staff is super friendly - I live less than a mile away from here now and it is super convenient for it to be so close. I go here for a lot of shopping needs or just a last minute run to get something. They have the greatest bagger. I am unsure of her name but it seems as though she has some sort of disability which is totally fine with me. Shes super friendly, screw anyone who says that she should be fired or anything rude to her. I praise harmons for having a very diverse staff. She is so sweet and she deserves to accomplish anything she wants in life

Getting to my car with a four pack of root bear in each hand and my four year old carrying a cake, one of the four packs fell and busted in the parking lot. While Im cleaning up the glass, the fuel stop attendant saw it and before heading over wit a broom she called and got another pack of the root beer on the way out. Just great that they are looking out for their customers, and genuinely wanted to help out.

Hello Shoppers!!!! If youre in the mood for some good Gluten free mac and cheese DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy an yellow box with an elephant or a whale on them !!! They have MAGGOTS inside all their boxes inside the noodles and cheese packets. They might have known this which is why they marcked them down to 88 cents.

Harmons is good if you are just picking up a few items but actual grocery shopping... Prices are ridiculous! I bought maybe 50$ worth once and actually could have got the same stuff elsewhere for cheaper. Like i said they have great food especially meat but i do not recommend going here for actual monthly shopping

I ordered a cake at bakery the lady that helped me when I made the order was great very helpful, turns out she is the one that made the cake that I ordered and was nothing like we had talked about total different cake than we had discussed. They are very nice but that doesnt matter if you dont get what you order.

Decided to buy a salad during lunch from the Salad Bar in Harmons grocery store. $11.00 for a salad and I only filled the container to a quarter full. Avoid the salad bar at Harmons unless you have deep pockets.

Everyone is friendly here..they actually have a lot of canning supplies for such a small store! I sure like it better than Wal-Mart..you dont have to walk through a huge building to get what you need.

This is the best Harmons location I have found. The selection is wider than other locations. I would like to see the side options improve as their combo meals from the deli are a great deal
