Terrible. I usually only leave good google reviews but this was awful! I came in for my quick late lunch break after an already long day. After sitting there for 10 mins before anyone said a word (the place was empty) I ordered my half sandwich/half salad. Then I saw the lady pull my sandwich out of the refrigerator, and cut it in half! Are these not suppose to be made fresh?? I didnt say anything because I thought maybe they just made it! Nope I drive to my office open my wrap and its soggy and old! I took one bite and had to throw it away! Then when I go to eat my salad they did not give me the right dressing. When you charge extra for premium salads, sandwiches then you should make them like that!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to Trader Joes, get a fresh made salad and enjoy that they treat you way better!

I love this place BUT that has a shadow cast on it by the shortcomings that I encounter on my visits. It seems like every time I come the food is amazing but its overpriced. Expect low-level restaurant prices when you come about $10- $15 per person. Too many fashionable season trends effecting their menu offerings. I appreciate the rotation but it seems like every time I come they NEVER have the soups I like. And I have several that Im partial too, Im not being unreasonable and expecting my one soup available for eternity but come on! The staff is a mixed bag, some really excited others barely alive. Cookies are always killer but thats to be expected, a mainstay of their reputation.

ok so this place seems to be another Panera, but i never found cockroach in my bread at Panera. thats right a cockroach, and when i showed the worker she stared wide eyed and was like "OMG, im soooo sorry thats never happened before" i didnt know the number to the local health department and i didnt want bad karma so i just left with a couple of gift certificates which i gave to a couple acquaintences that i dont happen to particularly like. so thats it. if you happen to enjoy the subtle flavoring of insect in your bread, this is the place for you.

Paradise Bakery has decent food but not for the price. I was charged nine dollars for a make your own salad at this location but at other locations it is seven dollars. Either price is too much for what you get. They used to have an amazing military discount. That was the reason I could afford eating there. They recently cut that discount significantly. I may eat at ParadiseBakery every once in awhile but not nearly as much. The food is just not worth the price!

Went in for lunch and they were pretty busy. Just frustrated at the quality seems like they have gone down hill. My soup was okay but not hot by any means and then the grilled cheese I ordered was over cooked and the bread was so hard it was breaking off like a cracker. Disappointed more than anything that my food was way over priced for something that wasnt even drive through quality.

I like the cookies there a lot. But the staff I met was wired... she seems mad at me or something else. I tried to order some cookies but she didnt get what I said at first, and she was almost frowning at me the whole time. Even my friend came later, he asked me why is the lady seem like she was mad at me. And she also got my order wrong. Please change the staff ok??????

Paradise Bakery is the best! I use their catering service at work and they always take good care of us. They have excellent customer service and the food is delicious. They are always on time and quick to fix any mistakes (which are very few and far between) . My husband and I love to eat here regularly. They have the best cookies and we are addicted!

I enjoy paradise bakery every time Im in Salt Lake City. But, after todays visit I dont know that Ill ever frequent it again. Brendan was so worried about me paying for my order right this minute that I couldnt finish my order or purchase drinks or their delicious cookies. ( which I came for.) Upon inquiry.. Of course hes the manager..

Dont go here expecting something as delightful as panera. One lady was extremely nice and helpful but the other some kind of gremlin. They only give you a tiny mini butter sized cream cheese for your huge bagel. It will only cover part of one side and another pack of it costs 97 cents. All in all a Panera wanna be that isnt half as good

I miss the Paradise Bakery that was in Sugarhouse :( this one has (literally) never gotten my order right on the first try....ever. Plus, they are so slow its unreal! I never had these issues at the Sugarhouse location. Its a real shame because their food really is very good. Doubt Ill be coming back after this last time.

I recently had a catering disaster and called Paradise for help; without hesitating they agreed to very quickly put together catering for 20. The food was fantastic and wonderfully presented but it was the spectacular service that I wont forget. I will definitely plan my next event with them!

My wife and I love coming here for lunch. The Turkey Cranberry is my "go-to" while my wife loves the soup bowls. Make sure you join the rewards program so your purchases count towards females. Also, dont forget that if you buy a meal, you can then get buy one get one free cookies!

Not usually big on leaving reviews. But, stopped in on whim when going to my sons dr appt. the staff was super friendly! Kellie was so nice and helpful. My son is a TD1 and when he asked about nutrition facts she quickly found him the carb info he needed. Glad we stopped

The food is great, aside from their mango smoothie tasting like banana. However, I could clearly a blonde worker make fun of me because she did not understand what I was asking her. I do not appreciate being laughed at right in front of my eyes as if I cant hear.

Its like Panera bread (I think they actually own it). It has good food and good prices. Clean and inviting open atmosphere with a bent on the industrial side. The breakfasts are filling and they are relatively fast for a casual sit down place. Id go there again.

Aside from thier chocolate chip cookies the food here is kind of gross to be honest. I ordered a tomatoe soup expecting something hot a creamy and well, good. Instead i got a luke warm bowl of sludge. It was more like eating a pasta sauce than a soup.

Horible, we ordered corporate Catering & they forgot the drinks & blamed it on people not being at work. Of you are delivering something, its your job to check that youre delivering everything that was ordered. Very frustrating .

It is like an off-brand Panera Bread. Some of the dishes are really good but others really miss the mark. The bread doesnt taste like it is made fresh and that bugs me coming from a bakery. The staff are always friendly.

I used to eat here daily. Lately I had been craving a sandwich from here. Below is the picture... for the prices, I would have liked more between the bread slices. Somewhere in there is supposed to be some cranberries.
