As much as I love Squatters downtown SLC location, for its excellent beer, great service and good food, I totally hate their SLC Airport location. I went there on three different occasions for lunch, when it was slow (so no excuse of being "busy" or "stressed"), and the result was always the same: trashy, rude servers, disgusting food that looked more like itd come out of a vending machine, and an overall bad atmosphere that made me want to get up and leave. Pretty much, the opposite of what I experienced in their SLC location. The beer was still good, of course, but since I didnt just go there for the beer, Ill no longer waste my money on their revolting food and be subjected to awful service. There are far better eating options at the SLC airport, so my advice is to stay away from this place unless you just want to grab a quick beer.

Decently terrible experience. The appearance from the concourse looks great. A place where you can enjoy a nice meal and beverage, should you chose to. The service was great, Diane was lovely and charming. The food...my boyfriend got mac and cheese (with chicken) and a beer and I ordered a Greek salad (no chicken) with a ginger ale. My soda was flat and stale. Our food came out quickly. The salad, was pitiful. The Mac and cheese was noodles covered in what appeared to be nacho cheese sauce. Nonetheless, we ate it...it was what it was....until, I pulled a quite long piece of hair out my salad...and later found a bug and could no longer eat the salad. At that point we were far to into the meals to mention anything or send them back. Quite a dissappointment, ESPECIALLY to folks who have been traveling all day.

Good beer and food selection. Fast service, only took a moment before someone came and took my drink order. Asked for a recommendation on a beer that was between light and dark, and it didnt disappoint (it was a Evolution Amber). Once the drink arrived, I placed an order for a BBQ Pork sandwich. About 10 to 15 minutes later, as I was trying to connect to the airport WiFi, my food had shown up. The BBQ Pork sandwich came with potato chips and everything tasted good. The restaurant has a bit of a few, but youre mostly staring at airplanes going around and around. Overall, a good place for a beer and some food for when you find yourself at SLC.

The pub pretzel was amazing! It came out hot and with awesome cheese sauce to dip it in. The pretzel was soft and perfectly salted! The BEST I have ever had. The beer was as equally amazing, try their Nitro, it is a chocolate Rye Stout! But the best experience here was the wait staff! They were beyond amazing. Polite, friendly and excited to serve their customers. Not something easily found in the restaurant industry today, let alone at the airport! They worked as a team and I never wanted for anything. If your in Salt Lake City Airport stop in and check them out, concourse C. You wont be disappointed.

Service was terrible, waiter didnt even bother to take our drink orders until after we ordered food and we had to go get our own refills at the bar. I dont think the guy spoke english. I had the bourbon burger and my wife had the taco salad. The bun was very dry and the burger was bland. My wifes chicken was dry and the beans and cheese just made a mess of the tortilla. We also got the house seasoned kettle chips, which I am pretty sure were literally lays seasoned with cayenne pepper. I do not recommend to anybody.

Is it just me, or is their beer really watered down? I realize it is in Utah, but they seem to be compromising flavour for marketability. Ill settle for the light stuff in the grocery store, but I want a real porter when I go to the brewery. Maybe they should include an asterisk next to the beers on their menu that are made to meet the lower alcohol content. Beer aside, the food and atmosphere was good.

When you order the Polygamy Porter and the server tells you it only comes in a bottle. Then you say you had it from the tap at the SLC location and he tells you that you didnt. Im pretty sure I know what I had and I have the receipt to prove it. That just soured me on the experience and on leaving a decent tip. Ordered chips and salsa...salsa wasnt bad but chips were stale.

The waitress wasnt quite rude, but didnt seem to really care. Brought my food but couldnt be bothered to see if i needed things like condiments or salt and pepper so I had to go to the bar and get them myself. Im not positive my scrambled eggs were powdered eggs, but they were kind of gross and not like any other eggs Ive eaten. Bacon was cold. Overall not a great meal.

Good place for a Bloody Mary, the mix was thick and flavorful. Got the burger with beef and pastrami. The beef was dry and over cooked and flavorless, pastrami was dry too but made up for the flavorless beef. Healthy option was a plus (side of salad or celery and carrots instead of chips... no fries available). Service was fast and to the point .

Diane was a fantastic waitress very cheerful which was nice. The soda was flat. There were hairs in 2/2 dishes ordered, and a bug/insect in the salad to accompany the hair. The mac and cheese was pretty rough. Literally nacho cheese sauce covering about half of the noodles. Im scared for my stomach and what may result from this gross food.

The cheeseburger was one of the worst I have ever had. It tasted like it just came out of a microwave - rubbery. The soup was cold. Despite the extra charge for cheddar cheese it came with American cheese. The Reuben sandwich was actually pretty good. Otherwise, I would have given it a 1 star.

Marginal food with a good helping of poor service. Slowest waitress Ive seen in a long time. Asked for my check three times before she actually brought it. When I gave her my card, she took took more time to clean two more tables off before going back to run the card! No tip for you

A passable airport eatery. Decent beer, decent quesadilla. Had to send back the mac and cheese because it was literally cold noodles covered with spray can cheese. Thankfully the server was super nice and let me reorder a (sub-par) hamburger. I wouldnt eat here again.

Good brewpub for the airport. I always stop in and have a couple before my flight. Its nice to have a local brewery with full strength beers in the airport and hopefully helps spread the word about some of the quality brewing going on in Utah.

Squatters has excellent beer, food was very average, service was horrible. Waited for a long time for my check, was not busy but the wait staff were telling stories and eating meals while they had customers with empty drinks and no checks.

Stopped here for a quick bite between flights. Server was pleasant and attentive. We shared a plate of nachos, nothing special, but satisfying. Couple of beers as well, if I remember correctly the selection was decent. Thanks

Waited at least 10 mins only to be ignored by two different waitresses. Didnt have the chance to try the food as the service is atrocious. Worth pointing out there was only 1 other customer in the resturant at this time.
